This is a great place with outstanding customer service. 4 stars only because they are small and have limited product. But for a small store, it is still not too bad of a selection! The value is good with deals daily and monthly! Deals like bogo and sometimes freebies! Very relaxed atmosphere, meaning no security goons at the door. Short and fast lines, most of the time, it's only 1 or 2 people ahead of you. Highly recommend stopping by and feel the vibes!

We're local. I've been going to this dispensary two months after they opened. The last three months from different incidents no complaints. Online ordering offers no convenience if you can't pay for the price you get online and in-store they don't take your card. Disappointed and will not be returning.The online order tied to my husband's account was just under 93 bucks. So, we pulled out the money after making the online order tied to his email. Never had an issue prior with the price differing after an order made. Yeah, I know they had an ATM. I expected the online price to be honored. I had enough cash for the total order given like every time before only to be told it's nearly 50 dollars more with some excuse. NO EXCUSES!!!! You should have honored the price your online website gave and allowed an order with the tax. So many other good D's around. I won't bother. The mishap nearly made people late to work. Not convenient at all when you come with exact cash. Buyer beware! That's all!

Great pricing and service, it's a little cramped but that's Williams.
Wish they had a display for their flower or at least put pics on their web menu. I just like to see and usually smell what I'm buying.
Happy Williams has a dispensary again!

I went in on 4/20 and it was great! Ton of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Specifically the bud tender Damian. He was very insightful in the product and on helping me get the best deal I can. Great place to re-up!

This is the most beautifully inviting place Ever!!!!! The staff are the most friendly and informative people!! They are truly Rock Stars and they don't just look at you and profit they look at you as an individual person and they really cares about you!! It's a greatest place in Williams for customer service🥰💚😘

Not a fan. The business hours are like bank hours. Lady that works there is unwelcoming and unkind. Prices are okay but not the best. I guess you can do what you want when you’re the only place in town. Always a disappointing visit.

Im was a regular at this dispensary, Ive never had a problem with the other budtenders but today when coming in to make my purchase. The budtender Darien (female) randomly had a fit and threw my id back at me. Please fire her.

Like shopping here in Williams cause the selection is good and prices are great plus taxes are not as high as the other three stores in Flagstaff . Nice friendly staff at STORY who are knowledgeable about what they sell . I recommend you try them out if you are in the area !
