As soon as you walk in, the aroma of homemade Mexican food hits your nose. Greeted with a smile and that welcome home feeling! The atmosphere was great! We came at 7pm and the place was busy with a mix of locals and visitors. You can tell it’s family owned and operated. The food was impeccable, we are from Vegas and have had our share of Mexican food. BUT this!! Rice was amazing, tacos and salsa were great, the cashier told me the horchata is made from scratch!! Not premade like other places. The tortas and burritos were huge and delicious! We come for the “snow” each year and will be coming to eat here every time!

I've only tried a few Mexican dishes while traveling in America, but the food here is amazing! Easily the best Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food and service here are excellent. The atmosphere is no frills but if you want very good Mexican food this is the place. Prices are also reasonable. We were visiting from Texas so we know Mexican food.

Do not be fooled by the exterior, you do not want to miss out of this gem. I’m from San Diego and have lived in Texas for almost 20 years- we’ve eaten a thousand tacos and this is probably top 3 places we’ve been to. Smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Friendly service. Fresh, hot, homemade food. Salsa was delicious. I had the birria taco plate and my husband had the taco plate- birria, Al pastor and asada, washed it down with a cold Mexican coke. We plan to stop by on our way home from the Grand Canyon!

We stopped by after an early morning hike in the Canyon. The staff were nice, the wait time was short and most importantly the food was super fresh and tasty!

This is about as authentic as you can get. Great food and service. Recommend the fajita platter with a guava jarritos!
