We had a wonderful experience at Valle Verde Ranch during our mini family reunion! With 11 of us staying on the property, we rented all the buildings and enjoyed having the entire historic ranch house to ourselves. The charm of the place, along with the outer buildings, provided plenty of lovely spots to sit and visit. We took daily walks on the private trails behind the house and enjoyed the labyrinth, which added to our relaxing stay.||The property was well-equipped with everything we needed to feed our large group—dishes, glasses, cookware, you name it! The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. I especially loved the themed rooms inspired by renowned Tubac area artists, and the local artwork and books available added a nice touch to our experience.||The absence of a television was a blessing; instead, we utilized the game room filled with games and activities to keep us entertained. The pool and hot tub were also great for relaxation. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I would absolutely stay here again whenever I have the chance. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time here. Jane and Doug were great host. We had the large suite. It was very comfortable. Bathroom was large with so much storage if you need it. It was so quiet there. Great place to watch birds, deer, and Javelinas. The grounds were pretty and close to the Anza trail. Which was a very nice peace walk. Also it was close to Tubac within walking distance. It was a cute friendly town. Definitely will be staying there again.

This place is special! It is easily the nicest place we have stayed! The Casita is the perfect size and beautifully decorated. I was so excited to see a bathtub! You can walk to town or go for a longer hike on the historic Anza Trail. The hosts know how to make you feel at home!

We stayed 2 nights in the casita and quilt room. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.|The location of the ranch is great for access to the Anza Trail and town. There are plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the scenery (we saw Javelinas!)

We had an amazing stay. Accommodations were fantastic. The place is so tranquil and next to amazing outdoors. I was shocked to see wild life in their yard! Truly beautiful area and the ranch takes your breath away. Perfect for relaxation and outdoor fun!

What a delightful setting. Beautiful! The structues and grounds were authentic and well maintained. While we didn't stay there, other family members did and it looked cozy and comfy. Room for everyone. Wonderful kitchen area where the family could provide their own food making the event more affordable.

Best Thanksgiving ever! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and fitted out with authentic period ranch/related pieces, but all with up-to-date amenities. The location is terrific...on the historic Anza Trail while in easy walking (or driving if you wish) of the town of Tubac, one of our favorite places. The Ranch has a 'great room', a dining room, it has a fully-equipped kitchen for your use, and a porch from which to watch birds at the many feeders and javelina families walking through (separated from the main house by a fence. Totally safe). My family celebrated our best Thanksgiving there and we'd do it again in a moment. Jane and Doug are consummate knowledgeable hosts. Tubac and the Ranch are in easy driving distance from Tucson and Patagonia and some lesser known spots in Southern Arizona. There are hiking and biking trails nearby and gold just on the other side of the town, which is filled with art galleries. Obviously, I can't say enough good things. Go see for yourselves.

This place is absolutely unique and fantastic. Over 100 years old and impecably maintained. It's really kind of a mansion with incredible furniture and tile work. The cactus garden is incredible as well. The hosts were engaging and very knowledgable about the area. An added treat was how much wildlife we saw there right on the property, a large herd of javalina, coyotes, bobcat, lots of birds. There's a very historic trail right next to their land.
Can't say enough good things about the place.
