the first photo was taken one day after my appointment. by then, more than four of the gems on my nails fell off, and there was builder gel all over my nails due to the nail tech not cleaning it up. i went back a few days later to see if i can get them fixed because i JUST had them done. they took me in an botched my nails even more. (video) it was definitely rushed, and there are literal globs of top coat on my nails where the gems are. on top of this, the nail tech i had gotten the nails done from prior had a completely messy work station. the utensils weren’t clean, and he burned my fingernail with the file on a couple occasions. even when i moved from the pain, he didn’t stop and continued on filing. i paid $70 dollars in total. this place is completely unprofessional and i will not be returning.

Been getting my nails done here for 7 years. But, they don’t even know my name nor do I think they care. This year was bad. Was busy! I had an appointment. Randy took a walk in. Was doing both our nails at one time.😳He was going back and fourth. He was in slouch a hurry, he kept burning my nail bed. He kept taking my hand out of the light before it was done. Next day, My thumb nail broke. Called, went back. He fixed it. That night another one broke. Went back , again. He sanded and redid one hand.He acted like it was my fault. So, my nails were so thick. Horrible work. Will not be going back there. Say goodbye to my $50 a month.

I'm in from out of town and needed my dip nails redone.
Had dip nails for years, and I know the procedure to do them properly.
The technician took multiple shortcuts from not prepping the nail properly by removing the old dip to not putting two coats of gel coat when he was done.Hence, the nail broke the next day.
I provided my own powder, and he still charged me full price for a horrible job.
If you're going to take the clients money, at least do the job properly.

Terrible experience. Went for dipped nails with a very simple design. Had an appt but still had to wait for a while. Salon is filthy. Yes, I know nail salons have nail dust all over and with the drilling can be a lot flying around. But the more I looked around the salon , the more I realized there is no weekly or probably even monthly dusting and cleaning. I should have left at that point, but there wasn’t much else to choose from in the area. The usual prep for dipped nails is to remove the previous dip with acetone, but this technician’s that wasn’t necessary if it was not a color change1 that it could be just filed down and more added on top. In the 10 or more years I have worn dipped nails, I have NEVER had a tech not remove the previous nail. Grudgingly he supplied a bowl of acetone to soak off the previous nails. He then dipped the nail FIVE times. Again, I should have just cut my losses and left, but didn’t. By the time he was done, the tips were thick and uneven. The design itself turned out fine, it looks nice, but he also cut a couple of my cuticles. I guess he was the manager/owner because he was the only one answering the phone and greeting the traffic coming through the door, which became quite distracting. I was glad when the appointment finally came to and end so I could get out of there! Most likely I will be going up to Lake Havasu in a couple of days to have them redone because they are so thick and uneven. My husband and I had planned on going to get pedicures done but that will definitely not be happening now, especially since it appears that besides a filthy salon there is also sharing of instruments between clients.

Was VERY happy with Helen at Parker Nail & Spa. I’m traveling for two months and was not happy with the last fill I had in Bullhead City. Found Parker Nail & Spa on the internet and gave them a try. Helen did a great job. We decided to take all my old acrylic off and I wanted to have my nails short for a while so she did an overlay on my natural nails. Very happy with the way they turned out. I’ll definitely be back to see Helen next time I’m in Parker.
