What a nice surprise given the mixed reviews we were reading. We booked a 2 bedroom cabin. It was remodeled and lovely. The booking and checkin were very easy. We were there for a family gathering so we saw many of the cabins and all were nicely remodeled. The only objection I had was that there was no hairdryer in our unit. (My fault for not checking.) The family areas were large enough to accommodate guests and still be comfortable. The common area in the center was great for gathering, barbecues and bonfires. My one recommendation is to bring a flashlight. We had elderly family members who found it difficult to navigate the uneven ground, especially at night. It was a lovely stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Appears to me that this is a pretty new building with very well kept rooms and kitchens. Appreciated all the laminate floors and multiple bathrooms. Didn't really like the unfinished wood baseboards and door frames, but that may just be my opinion. The manager took care of our needs wonderfully and our large group was able to get a discount. The weather was surprisingly nice for midsummer in Arizona and even the rain couldn't quash our good time.

Beautiful place! Was here for a wedding and loved that the entire wedding party could have the entire place (over 10 cabins) to themselves. I loved that I could bring my husky to the cooler weather. The cabins were clean and cozy! It got so cold in the evenings we needed the heater, but the bedroom heater worked so good we didn't even need it on the whole night. Loved the kitchen and all the appliances. Definitely want to come back for a family vacation.

Nicely renovated and clean. Great location and easy checkin. It has a retro feel to the design but has modern finishes. Nice kitchenette and modern finishes. We are really enjoying the electric fireplace. We would absolutely come again.|Highly recommend!

We just finished a two night stay and we'll go back again. The cabins are in a beautiful setting that's quiet and well-kept. Lots of trees for shade, and barbeques, pits and comfy seating for outside socializing. The cabins are simply, but well furnished with modern appliances.

Great place, this was our first time in this place, but we loved it. Nice design of cabins, like a home. We used fireplace inside, it was really pleasant. Kevin, who runs/manager the place was great, very helpful and checked on us, gave us directions for hiking trails. The only thing that needs improvement are the beds, as they were uncomfortable, we asked Kevin to rely msg to the owner, hopefully, they'll address it. We loved where it was situated, away from main roads for more private and completely surrounded by forest.

Nice older property. Good bedding and clean, but the furniture is old and carpets need replacing with some kind of hard surface. There is no air conditioning, a real problem in the summer. Units have nice porches in front and back, with a number of outdoor activities available. Close to golf and horseback riding.

Stayed in the two bedroom cabin (#25), newly renovated, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had basics for cooking a few meals. Loved the patio and fenced area! It was likely put up for dogs, but it was great for letting our toddler freely explore without wandering off. Kids loved the community swing! Great location, 5 min to most restaurants in Pinetop. Stay here on your next family vacay!!
