We drove from Southern California. Call desk and told clerk we were still coming. Check in was 3pm. -9pm. After a few update courtesy calls to give them an ETA, Clerk was very rude and upset said she had to go home and stated that she works hard too! It was only 8:15 pm. And that she was there all day and had nobody to wait for us. So then said she was leaving. And not waiting. It was so upsetting and cold and dark. Our first time to Prescott. Luckily we found a cute clean place called Sierra Inn. Clerk was so sweet and a great price!! Never again To the heritage house😡😡😡

this is an amazing place to stay!! the hospitality is the best you will get!! Needed to stay one extra day and the were closed but let us stay anyway! very clean and beds are nice. only downfall is the traffic outside but didn't bother us! we would stay here again!! love the owners!!!

The room lacked cleanliness. The toilet wasn't cleaned through nor was the shower walls had hair on them. The room has not been vacuumed in several months as it appeared. The little refrigerator was not cool and made loud noises during the night.
My mistake fir not viewing the room first. Price was a bit high for that reason.

A great, affordable option central in town. The owner is sweet and the room was clean. There are limited amenities, but enough for a comfortable visit.

Nice motel. Nice rooms with all the facilities needed + comfortable bed. It was quiet . Easy walk to Whisky Row and restaurants .
Lady who "greeted " us, wasn't the happiest. We would stay again..

I loved this Motel! I understand it's been remodeled & done So cute with the deep colors.... Owner was so nice & accommodating. I hope to stay here again as it's right downtown & so conveniently located to everything within minutes. The price is perfect for my budget!! Thank you Heritage!

Check in was simple. Lady at the Front desk made sure to reserve me a room downstairs with parking as close as possible per my request as we had equipment with us on this trip. Will definitely stay here again.

The lady at the desk was very kind and even recommended a great restaurant nearby when I asked. It turned out to be a wonderful place to eat with a super all-you-can-eat salad and taco bar! Now back to the room. It was spotless and newly remodeled. Everything was beautiful! Even the tiled bathroom floor was warm to walk on. It must have been heated under the floor. It was as nice as staying at a top-rated popular motel! The beds were soft and very comfortable - as were the pillows too. It was close to downtown where there was an art festival on the courthouse grounds. We got a great night's sleep! I wish we could find such a wonderful room in every town we stopped at for the same very reasonable price! We stayed at 11 different motels on our vacation and this is the only one I took time to leave a review for because I was so impressed! I wished I would have taken pictures of the inside of the room, but by the time I thought of it, we had the beds messed up and our luggage unpacked. So just took pics of the outside so we could remember where to stay next time we are in Prescott, AZ.
