This place was unbelievable!!! From the moment we stepped in the door. The staff was amazing!! Alex at the front desk is management material!! Every person at the hotel was amazing and helpful. I traveled 26,000 miles last year from idaho to Pennsylvania and back. And more. Never have i stayed in such an amazing hotel. We stayed 6 nights and every one was that good!

Very loud with paper thin walls. I can hear the adjacent room's conversation word for word. Lots of traffic noise too.

Basic room but clean. No microwave, but they have free breakfast and coffee. Coffee is available 24/7.

The good news is that the front of the house was very friendly. Very welcoming.

My husband and I had to go to Phoenix for a doctor appointment. I had never stayed at this hotel before. I am so glad we made our reservation there. I was skeptical because making the reservation was not easy. I guess they out source reservations out of the country. We could hardly understand the agent. | But once we arrived at the hotel, it was a pleasure. We are older and not techies. This hotel is made for younger folk. Oh my, I had to ask for help with how to close the blinds, and how to use the remote for the television. Each request was fulfilled quickly and pleasantly. Raven at the front desk even helped connect my tablet to the WiFi. | The room was clean and had everything we required. I loved the double shower heads. And, we had all the towels we needed.| The hotel is close to many restaurants. And, if we had wanted we could have shopped at the Tanger Outlets next door. | What could have made the visit better? They need somewhere in the room that you can put your luggage on beside the bed. A tutorial for some of the tech would have saved needing someone to come and show us how to use things. The breakfast could be improved. We have had much better.| All things considered, we had a good stay and any staff we interacted with were helpful, pleasant and professional.

When I checked in, the room they gave me hadn’t been turned over yet (which was no big deal), so I went down and let the front desk know. Aryanna apologized and quickly assigned me a new room. When I got back to my room later that day I had a bag with water, some snacks and a handwritten note waiting for me!
The note said “Thank you for giving us the chance to make things right. We apologize about the room situation yesterday! If you have any other issues or need anything at all, please let us know. We are happy to help”
Now that is service!

I came down from Prescott to work. I stay at different places here in the valley. Depending on my schedule, depends on where I stay. First and last time staying here. No food/bar, no hot tub(oh but I can walk next door to THAT other hotel and use theirs, whew!), the room IS clean, service at the front desk VERY NICE, they charged me $18 to park my truck... My Tacoma, not big rig lol. She was very nice and nonchalant about the extra fee to park. Like wtf else am I gonna do at 8pm.. go find another hotel? I will never stay here again... There was no warning of an extra (pretty much) $20 on Agoda, or I would have NEVER booked.

Drove through the parking lot to get to Home2 Suites to pick up relatives for dinner. Received a $90 "parking invoice" just for driving through the parking lot. Google location data shows we were at Home2 Suites for just a few minutes for the pick-up and drop-off, not the two hours they allege.

The room is smaller than our closet at home. Ridiculously small. We had scheduled a massage therapist to come and had to cancel due to a lack of space for the table.

Not available very often by I take it when I travel to Glendale AZ. Super nice people, clean no grills accomodations, smart TVs, colorful and near all kinds of restaurants. I normally go for business with no time to hang out, but the pool and lobby always look tempting. Breakfast is typical Hanpton Inn fare but it's there. Downside, they charge for parking. It was $18/night last time, up from $10 the previous time.
