This was our third stay at this hotel, and like past stays, it was comfortable and convenient. We were on a road trip and needed a quiet room close to restaurants, and this filled the bill. ||We used our Choice points and were promptly checked in (and welcomed with fresh-baked cookies), but upon checking the room, we realized the car wash next door had blaring music. We had just experienced a hotel room with pool music that seeped into our room (until midnight) so we were concerned about the issue. The check-in staff (I'm sorry, I think her name was Maravalo--it was the afternoon of May 5) understood our concern and graciously assigned a room on the other end of the building. She also allowed us an extra cookie. ||The room was roomy with two comfortable beds and a separate sitting area with a couch. The bathroom was medium-sized with no separate vanity, but it was clean and had plenty of fluffy towels. Breakfast (starts at 6:00) was plentiful with eggs, sausage, potatoes (I think), various bagels (my downfall), breads for toasting, waffles (make your own), various condiments, and cute little fruit cups, plus some other whole fruit. The room itself is large with many tables. ||It is a reasonably quiet area away from the freeway, and various restaurants are within walking distance, including Saddle Mountain Brew Pub, which serves good burgers and pizzas. There is an Aldi across the street if one wants food for the room or the road.||We would definitely stay here again, but one has to watch the dynamic rates, as various activities in the area make it a popular place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. First, the good: the front desk was friendly and efficient. Rooms are large with plenty of space to move around. Beds and pillows are decent and there's extra pillows and bed covers in the closet. Shower is immediately hot. Internet is fast and only will drop so you can intermittently log back in. Breakfast is average. In walking distance of some really good restaurants.||Cleaning staff will ignore your "do not disturb sign". This happened twice with two different staff. First morning at 9:00-am, second morning at 10:00am. I was stunned at the brazenness of this and want potential visitors to be aware of this practice for the sake of their own privacy. Therefore I'm dropping this review by an entire 2 points. Please stop doing this as a practice, it's entirely unpleasant and taints an otherwise decent stay.

For the price, I would opt to go elsewhere. The floors in the bathrooms were slippery. The sheets did not feel clean at all.

The front desk staff were very helpful, but that's about it.

The location was convenient, situated by a few places to eat, shopping, and the freeway.

Good clean rooms although reception service is lacking when making additional miscellaneous requests like bringing up cups. Kinda make you work for them to help.

Location is great because of close proximity to Safeway, gas station and gas stations.

We come down for Spring Training. Great location, lots of restaurants and you can drive couple hours to the mountains!. Nice little breakfast, clean and lots of variety . Staff is also very friendly! We’ll be back again

I stayed at this hotel while traveling through Arizona. It was very clean with a well provisioned room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than most hotels. The location is convenient off I10 and has many restaurant options very close by. I will definitely stay here again.

Positive: The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The location was great for our needs. The room was very spacious and well-furnished. Negative: We took advantage of the hot-tub one evening which was very refreshing, but it was concerning that there are no lights in or around the pool or hot-tub at night. Seems like a safety issue!
