I stayed here recently for a couple days while on a work assignment. Very convenient to lots of amenities. I checked in and met Jonathan. He was super friendly. He even helped me when I couldn't get the blinds to close in my room (I thought they were electric). The room was very clean and comfortable with modern decor. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion are included. There was a hairdryer, but I brought my own out of habit. Bring all your electronics as there are plenty of outlets and USB ports. A mini fridge in the room was especially handy, but it didn't get cold enough. I supplemented it with ice. Unfortunately the ice machine is on the first floor. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is one available 24 hours a day by the front desk. This wasn't convenient for me as I needed to heat up water every morning.
Check out was easy and the staff were very nice. It seems this is a family business, which was nice to see. I didn't have breakfast, but not because it was low quality. I glanced at it when I left and saw that it was traditional continental fare.
This hotel was very modern. I would describe it as a place for the young and hip. Games and TVs in the lobby for those who like to socialize (not my vibe, but cool for those who like that). Thanks to the staff for making my stay comfortable. I hope my company sends me here again.

From the lobby decorations to the welcoming staff, this was a welcoming and cozy place to stay.
Breakfast options were pretty standard for Hilton. The hot cocoa bar was a fun addition for the holidays.
There’s a restaurant and fast food joint in the parking lot and a QT at the far end of the shopping center.
Location is close to freeway access and several shopping centers in the vicinity.
I would stay again.

Great hotel. Friendly service, good location. Very clean and unusually quiet. 4k tvs in the rooms. First showers in a hotel I can actually stand under without having to slouch. Don't understand the negative reviews. Only criticism is there was no great place to sit in the room, only a desk chair.

Graduations were last week so we made a trip down to Arizona from Washington state. We booked a two day reservation at the wrong Tru Hilton location in Goodyear AZ. We were supposed to be at the Tru Hilton location in Glendale Westgate instead. We contacted the Goodyear location and informed them of the mixup and asked for our payment not to be processed and asked for it to be returned. The general manager at the Tru Hilton Goodyear location refused to refund my payment and processed it anyway even though we didn’t stay there. Lisa Campos the general manager at the Goodyear location should be disciplined for processing my credit card payment even though we didn’t stay at the Tru Hilton Goodyear location. We are currently having to go through Hilton Corporate in order to be refunded our funds. Lisa Campos you should be ashamed of yourself. The customer service from your team is a direct reflection of their leader which happens to be you. You should be terminated.

I’m a black African American young man coming into your establishment with a suit on and I get denied to use bathroom because the color of my skin is sickening. I simply asked her can I use the bathroom she asked was I a guest and I told her no I just needed to use the bathroom she replied there aren’t any public restrooms only for guest staying here.

Nice location off of I10 West. Plenty of available parking. Two restaurants in the same parking lot, Bubba’s Scratch Kitchen and White Castle. True to Hilton Tru’s no restaurant onsite but mini shop with cold beers available for purchase. They had a pool table in the lobby like most Tru’s do. It is also located next to a large gas station. The welcome bag was a bottle of water and a mini bag of cheese-its. Front desk staff was friendly. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash were all full as well as the lotion and hand soap attached to the wall by the sink. No issues with hitnwater. The beds were a little stiff. There is a mini fridge as well as a writing desk and desk chair. There is no closet and only a small space to hang clothes. The breakfast was pretty simple and same as most hotels with free breakfast except this location had no yogurt or hard boiled eggs. A good location but the price is still high over $240 including tax for one night.

Left an item on the bed in my room and had a friend ask the front desk for it back the very same day. They told her to ask housekeeping who wouldn’t respond. I then called to ask about the item twice, was told to call later the first time and was hung up on. They said “we will call you back in 5 minutes,” confirmed my phone number, and never contacted me again.

The welcoming gift was 2 bottles water, chips and peanuts. The peanuts were stale.
The free breakfast was good with a variety of hot food, as well as fresh fruits to choose from. When I was at the elevator I saw a housekeeping attendant standing there and
I had to “force” her to say good morning. The first time I said “good morning “she actually turned her back to me, so I thought maybe she doesn’t hear well so I stepped in front of her and said “good morning” again, she again turned her back to me, so I did it again and finally she said “good morning” Once the elevator doors opened she pushed her huge cart in, which made me have to wait for the next elevator!
The very same housekeeping lady was at the breakfast bar at the same time I was 8:50 am, she rudely reached over me to grab a chicken patty with her bare fingers even though tongs were right there. All I could think was she came down the elevator at the same time I did when exactly did she stop to wash her hands After cleaning rooms and toilets? EEK! Luckily my breakfast was already on my plate!
