Very new and nice hotel. Spotless rooms and great breakfast. As nice as this hotel appeared there could have been some things that could have been better. The cups were plastic and there could have been more towels in the bathroom The bed was comfortable but the noise from the highway kept me awake. it was an okay value for the money

This was my first stay in a Fairfield property. It fully met every expectation and I found terrific service and better than expected quality of amenitie and complimentary offerings. The price was higher than comparable hotels, but I am leaving with no compliants.

Fairfield Inn Tolleson is a very nice place to stay. Reasonably priced, clean and friendly staff. Emily was very professional and friendly. Didn’t have any problems. Asked for late check out and it was honored without hesitation. Looks like a good place for families to stay.

This was an absolute nightmare vacation and my mom and I couldn’t sleep. 2 nights of hell and they wouldn’t let me check out when I didn’t sleep the night before due to the nosiest neighbors and loud pounding upstairs at all hours. Out the window was tree trimming and a busy street. I tried to get help at 3am and my phone in the room was broken, so I messaged on my bonvoy app and no help. Just a headache. I ended up calling from my cell phone and couldn’t get ahold of the front desk. I even went out and found a phone on my floor. No service. The toilet broke and ran the entire time casing me a headache and I tried to get help, no help. No service. They are seriously the worst in customer service by far and do not hold the Marriott guarantee up. Sad to see. I called my member services as an elite member and they couldn’t get ahold of the manager. Then I was told I had to go downstairs to meet a manger to discuss the situation. When I called the front desk for the 4th time, I got someone (from my cell) my phone was broken 2 nights and so was the toilet. I was told by the front desk there was no manger for me to meet. 2 hours and 40 mins on the phone and they moved me at 9pm! My mom had just flown in to phoenix and this totally ruined our meet up. I am so unhappy I almost cancelled my bonvoy, chase and everything. I am still thinking about it. I am elite for life in one tore. Cancelling my cards will just dete me from using Marriott. Hilton has a great rewards program that I used to be on and after the past couple Marriott’s in this area and absolutely no action taken, yeah not worth the chance and expense. This was not the promise and I didn’t sleep for 2 days. Absolutely unacceptable of a hotel for this “luxury” standard. They are not luxury. This is a 2 star motel value. The room was obviously poor and and not even properly cleaned. Absolute nightmare. Also the water doesn’t get very hot for a shower, there are no bathtubs. Really disappointed I just paid that much let for sleepless nights in a broken hotel room. My mom and I left as soon as possible. I also was told the manager would call me and never received a phone call. I just said oh well, never staying there and maybe cancelling my chase. It’s not worth it. $320 wasted.

Walls are a bit on the thin side. We heard our neighbors romp sessions. Kudos to him because she was really enjoying it, at least twice. The singing "Invincible" after the morning session was a bit too much. Lucky they moved out.

Nice hotel. The staff was friendly, especially the housekeeper & there were lots of food, shopping & entertainment options close by. If you plan on attending a Cardinals game & want a close location that's not too expensive I definately recommend this Hotel. The complementary breakfast wasn't bad either

Had a great stay at this hotel! I want to especially shout out Vanessa who couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. If you’re thinking of exploring the west side of Phoenix and want a nice central location to everything, hard to go wrong with the spot.

We stayed here because it’s close to State Farm Stadium, we were going to a Cardinals game. Easy access off interstate, and just a couple of miles from the stadium. Very clean, good breakfast options, including Udi's GF muffins, good coffee, fruit, bagels, waffles, other hot dishes, cereal. One suggestion, since it's close to interstate, bring earplugs! It is a bit noisy at night from highway traffic. Would stay here again.
