About 6 weeks ago, I had the pleasure of staying at Homewood Suites and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience provided. The rooms were immaculate, reflecting a level of cleanliness that immediately set a welcoming tone. Every surface sparkled, the linens were pristine, and the entire suite felt refreshed and well-maintained, making my stay incredibly comfortable.
I must also commend the outstanding service from one of the housekeepers, whose name I regrettably didn’t catch. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, ensuring everything was perfect with a warm and professional demeanor. I even saw her collecting trash from around the entire property! Her attention to detail and genuine care truly enhanced my stay, making it clear that the staff at Homewood Suites is dedicated to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for its spotless accommodations and exceptional service.

Overall we had a great stay, my only complaint (and I'm being a little picky) was the limited selection at breakfast. Granted, it's a free breakfast but I have been at other hotels with a superior selection.

Otherwise, we were happy with our stay. Staff was great! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very happy.

Overall a great stay. Had a great customer service experience at this location. Upon my arrival, I found that my air conditioning was not functioning in the bedroom. 20 minutes after I placed the call, the chief engineer was at my room and diagnosing the problem. Even though it was late in the day, he took the time to replace the unit as well as the thermostat just to be sure it would work properly. Thank you very much for the great service.

Loved the help I got from Antoinette at the front desk. Drove in from Tucson almost 3 hours and she was wonderful. I was super tired and needy 😂
Nice room. Very comfy. Quiet location even though it's right off the highway. Had a suite. Didn't know I'd have a full kitchen! I did book it last minute and didn't see that so it was a nice surprise. Cute area too.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Couldn?t sleep due to loud traffic and room wasn?t clean enough. The microwave didn?t work. The comforter had spots on it and had to go down to get a clean one after check in. Had to go downstairs to warm up food because microwave didn?t work.

Rooms were large and comfortable, although the furniture and carpet looked a little worn. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for my needs.

Room was dated but overall comfortable! They are pet friendly so that's a plus as it's hard to find a pet friendly hotel that is spacious in this area. Front desk was helpful & so was the audit/morning team member.
