A lovely hotel. All the staff were great. The room was fine except that the TV had no channel information and seemed to have a limited number of channels, most marked as unavailable. The breakfast was lovely and the star was a fantastic fruit salad! Highly recommended if you aren't going to need the TV.

Very nice staff and great cleaning crew. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've seen and as well very clean. Good location too I was easily able to take care of all my business in Phoenix staying here. I will return!

This is a great location to stay at. It's close to restaurant's, gas, freeways and the talking sticks Amphitheater. My wife and I enjoy listening to live outdoor music at this location. Also the hotel has a great Continental breakfast.

I don’t know when the pictures of the motel were taken but it does not look like this in person. It is very run down and the rooms do not have the furniture in them that is shown. The towels were of poor quality. They were rough, thin and somewhat threadbare. There is no alarm clock or coffee maker in the room. No coffee in the lobby either! There was a blood spot on the bedsheet and only alight blanket provided. I will never stay at this motel again and would never recommend it to anyone. ||Also, it is now the Premium Inn not a Best Western.
