My husband and I came to the location and stayed for a weekend celebrating our anniversary. The room was very clean well put together. It had everything we needed. The free breakfast offered in the morning was definitely worth going down for. The staff are amazing . I didn't get her name but the over night front desk lady was a big help kind and professional. The 2 main house keepers that helped make our stay worth it was Jessica and Jennifer. They helped us out more than once. Very helpful kind patient as well as professional. Thank you all whom work here. We will definitely be back to this one. As well as recommend to others.

The minute I checked in I was greeted with smiles & friendliness by Breanna Miller. Actually any time I left & returned she would always wave & ask me how I was doing. The other front desk people were friendly as well but she went beyond! When I first got into my room one of the lights was out & she didn’t hesitate to come up with lightbulbs! Very kind & personable woman!

I recently book the Holiday Inn Express & Suites : Phoenix West - Tolleson for my trip to Glendale for Spring Training games.

This hotel is perfectly located for Camelback Ranch in Glendale and Peoria Sports Complex. For football fans, Arizona Cardinals stadium is right there too.

The extremely close proximity to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping was outstanding. Highly recommend Pita Kitchen's 'Lamb Chop Plate'.

The room was very spacious and the complimentary breakfast was hearty with lots of options. Although, I do wish hotels (not just this one) would bring back the waffle maker.

I will book this hotel again and again for visits to the Phoenix area.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything we came and went from the hotel there was friendly staff to greet you. Breakfast was great. The room and entire property was very clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. I was disappointed that omelets were served al three mornings; scrambled eggs were not served once during our 3-day stay. This location also doesn't have hot oatmeal, which was a disappointment. The room was clean, but the shower floor could have been cleaner.

I don't know what they did differently, but I have never sleep so easily and so well in a hotel before until I stayed here. I had very long days during my stay, and as soon as I fell into that bed a passed out and woke up very refreshed, something that never happens to me! If you wants a good night's sleep, this is the place!

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a delicious breakfast. I was with my siblings and we wanted to find someone to take our picture together - opened the door to our room and there was Vanessa and Carla right outside. They were very sweet.

Bed looked slept in and had what felt like an uncomfortable plastic mattress protector. Dirty towel, they should all always be changed for new guest's arrival even if they look unused. Offered coffee by staff which was good but was empty and not refilled when requested. Nowhere to sit at breakfast and many items ran out. Looking rough around the edges already for a fairly new property. Poor management. Very disappointing.
