The staff was very friendly. My company booked the rooms for us and i can’t complain at all. Everything was clean, I’m far from home so the ability to cook and grill was amazing. The manager there was super nice and helpful. Everytime i seen her she seemed so happy and cheerful. Customer was top tier . I highly recommend anyone to reserve here. Will be recommending my company continues to use this hotel in the future when coming through.

Approximately 2 years ago I visited this hotel and it was new at that location. I was happy with it so I had to travel back to the Avondale area and this was the first hotel on my mind. It is very clean, staff is friendly and works with your needs and very easy to get to. There’s even a 24 hour coffee shop across the parking lot that stays busy! I definitely recommend for a short stay although there’s a kitchenette in the room which is great too. I definitely recommend.

Front desk was efficient. Hotel was clean and friendly place to stay. The maid service was exceptional. We left a pillow on checkout, returned an hour and a half later to find the front desk had it waiting for us. Usually, these things disappear so we really appreciate the extra effort of the staff in returning our pillow.

We spent Presidents Day weekend here as we wanted to visit Camelback Ranch to watch the Dodgers Spring Training. Frank at check in was very friendly and the staff throughout the weekend was great!
Our room was spacious and clean and the beds very comfy.
Having a full size fridge is amazing considering most hotels only give you a mini fridge nowadays.
Lots of dining close by and a Dutch Bros right across the parking lot.
We will definitely return next time we plan a trip to Spring Training!

Tabitha at the front desk was super nice and friendly. I had called to see if I could check in early and not a problem no fee. I had held reservation at a certain price and when I checked in was almost double. Kalyn was awesome and let me book with the discounted price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. .

Everything was very nice and clean. They do not have any utensils or plates but a quick trip to Walmart and problem solved. Nice large microwave and large Refrigerator. I did have to purchase a smaller pillow because they are||large pillows. I would definitely stay again.

Staff non-informative about local area. The shower knob is under the spot, pull down. No ice machine on premises, it’s in the refrigerator and you need to activate the ice maker inside freezer if you want ice. Tubs are the smallest I’ve ever seen. Over priced and they don’t even offer continental breakfast, only coffee.
