Cynthia the manager is wonderful, always smiling friendly and makes sure you have everything you. Lizette and Tori both are so sweet, always smiling, check-in easy and quick. I have stayed here when I am in town for business. The rooms are clean, they are pet friendly and they allow cats Since I travel with mine , that is hard to find. Breakfast room always clean and well stocked.
The pool is big clean, laundry room onsite, the Gym is great. The property is huge a courtyard huge grass area for those with pets. Bill in maintenance/housekeeping super nice and friendly, helpful. They have an on-site bar “crossroads”
I really appreciate good customer service and the staff here are a great example that.

Easy to get to, a little difficult to get back to I-10.
Our room was designed for mobility impaired guests. It was clean, the furniture was in excellent shape and the electric outlets functioned well. The plumbing worked well and all the fixtures were undamaged. I would have liked to have had a flat surface next to the sink to set my toiletries on. It does have a towel rack at sink height that could hold a lightweight bag, but not a toothbrush, etc. because it was just four parallel bars.
It had convenient parking spaces right next to the door.
Oddly, in spite of the door facing I-10, the room was quiet. The bedroom had a window overlooking the interior courtyard. The curtains were new and blocked the morning sun nicely.
The breakfast area was clean and staffed well by a friendly hostess.

The girls who work the front desk at night were awesome. This was my first trip ever by myself in a state I had never been to for a family emergency and I was scared and overwhelmed and these girls were very kind and made great suggestions to make my stay less stressful and overwhelming. The rest of the staff I came into contact with were also very friendly. I really appreciated the fact that every employee there made me feel welcomed and that I and my needs were more important then their duties, if that makes sense. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. The property and room I was in were very clean. I loved opening my curtains and looking down at the pool area. It helped me feel more relaxed less stressed. I will be returning to this area a few more times in the next couple of months and will definitely be staying here again.

I booked two rooms for me and my family. From the staff to the room, nothing was professional or welcoming. None of the beds were clean having hair and who knows what in them. One room had a mildew smell. The toilet wasn't bolted down and the tile floors throughout the rooms looked to have not been washed or mopped in a while.||When I went to get breakfast to witness the staff yelling at a couple young teen girls for an accidental mess they made with the waffle maker. Even as they offered to help clean it up she continued to speak to them with sharpness and disrespect.||this is the same treatment I received after our stay. On of my family members had left a shirt in their room and I called the next day to see if it was found and was told they would call be back but didn't take my name or number and hung up on me. When I called back to make sure they knew who to call, they said they already knew and hung up on me again. The blatant disrespect and rudeness received was incredible. ||All in all one of the worst experiences on every level. Stay clear of this hotel.

This is a nice hotel. Our room had a few minor issues,but nothing you couldn't live without.
Tori and the front desk was the best! Such a help in accommodating us and never sounded like we had to hurry..

Stayed there 12 days 2 rooms 2 beds and we got our room cleaned a total of two times. We were aware of the policy that they would clean the rooms every three days and even after multiple attempts still didn't get done. The day before we checked out they cleaned our rooms and on my room they had taken some personal items. I am also aware that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items but triple checked my property and it's still missing. Yes it's a place to sleep but my company spent quite a bit of money there and I guess that's what I get for tying to save some coin. The front desk staff was very friendly but you win as a team and loos as a team. I'm just a dirty construction worker but I still have morals that my mom and dad taught me.

The staff was very accommodating. I needed a room on bottom non smoking and also on the outer perimeter. They told me I one was being cleaned if I was willing to wait. I agreed. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was traveling alone and I got put in a room in a corner almost to the back next to trees. I didn’t sleep there due to my neighbors constant going in and out of the door that slammed and talking too loud. They were working from their families so I understood they were making their calls.
