It's a decent 2star hotel. Bed was a little firm for me but the pillows were nice. Got woke up by people outside my window a couple times, and the room fridge fan was a bit noisy. The lady at the front desk who welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. It smells and looks like it has been there a very long time, but you can tell they're doing everything they can to make it as good a stay as possible for a budget room.

Great location. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Pillows were so comfortable I was going to take one. Breakfast was OK. Water pressure was fantastic. Room didn't smell. Parking was safe. When I go back, I will go there.

I chose the hotel based on its proximity to a testing center and it was great for that. The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy, though. The room was spacious and clean, but there was a very large open space that could have had a chair/couch and table (which would have been very useful), and instead was just an odd empty area. The walls seem extremely thin (old hotel?), and so you can hear EVERYTHING going on inside and outside the hotel. Unfortunately, my room was near the lobby which meant no sleep once they started preparing breakfast before 6am. I think I heard housekeeping knock on doors and loudly announce themselves to every room on my floor starting at 8am. Aside from these things, the staff was friendly and attentive.

The room was comfortable and clean. All team members gave an excellent customer service. The location is great. It's surrounded by many different departments stores, restaurants and other convenient places for your needs or wants.

Spacious parking for semi tractors and trailers. Comfortable beds. Nice rooms. They do not have a gym or a laundry but you can ask at the front desk of the Quality Inn and use theirs. They are sister businesses.

This is a lower cost hotel. Everywhere around was more than $100 more a night. The staff was over the top nice and professional. Dean and Christian at the front desk were super nice. The room was clean and the AC was cold. The breakfast was simple and filling. Coffee is served all day and is good coffee!

I just want to say that staying here was extremely convenient for me and my experience as far as with the hotel was great and most of the staff was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable being that I rarely have ever stayed in a hotel I had more questions then most and they where very helpful especially the receptionist that assisted me when i check in Friday.. the only reason I didn’t give 5 star was the receptionist that happen to be on duty for early morning shift during the serving of continental breakfast. Now as I remind you I never had this before and so I really wanted coffee and something to eat this morning and so I went out at exactly 6am cause I didn’t want to be in people’s way and I was preparing my coffee and she seem to have an issue with me preparing it as far as with cream and sugars and told me that I can’t just stand there and prepare my coffee and had to sit down cause people are gonna need to get in there to get coffee mind you I was the first and only one there at 6am so when she says that I look around not a person in sight I guess I was making room for the ghost but she did the same thing as I was serving myself cereal and needed to put milk so she really seem like she was nit picking at this point and maybe having a bad morning I just don’t know why she chose me to take that out on. So that’s why I gave the review I did cause she really did start my day off bad with all that unnecessary bad vibes
