I didn't think it was going to be difficult to order a cake, however, I was mistaken. Had to order with the individual over their phone because staff didn't know English. Requested pink cake with hearts and lil kisses (February Bday)
Bakery didn't follow up with me on the cake, template, or design, and did what they felt about it. Well, the photos below are how the cake was picked up from the bakery (still in the box) and the first time I saw it. It wasn't flushed and smoothed, completely ripped throughout, the image is going up and down vs. across?
It tasted fine but definitely looked amateur and carelessly done. I won't be ordering a cake from here again unless it's basic.

This is our favorite bakery! The baked goods are amazing and they always have something new to try. The cakes are gorgeous (and taste amazing). Our go to on a Saturday: their breakfast sandwich, a latte, and a sweet treat…on their dog friendly, and covered patio. Very friendly, always feel so welcome!

This is the place to get Pan dulce!! Put in an order for chocolate tres leches cake! I’m excited to try it!!🤗 the customer service here is very friendly as well!

Update on cake: When I went to pick it up, the cake wasn’t done the way I ordered it, although they did correct it.. it was still inconvenient to wait.. the taste of the cake was okay.. it needed more sweetness and maybe more of the milks. But it was an okay cake!
