So, we came in to the shop on Saturday, just because we were next-door. Little did we know we were in for an amazing experience.
Rich was one of the most kindest, empathic men I've met. He was so kind to our son, and genuinely excited to show everything to my son, and has an amazing passion for his family work.
Their food is not just amazing but absolutely beautiful!!! You come here and you are eating art. The experience we had at MAE was amazing.
Their boxes of treats will make for great gifts. If someone got me this I would be confused if to eat it or hang it in my fridge.
I recommend the coffee flavor Bon Bon, they are the perfect blend of chocolate and coffee, usually the coffee is overwhelming. But this was perfect.
I will be back soon, thank you Rich for helping us discover you product, I am not a fan.

I absolutely love this place. You want the best macarons in Arizona. Probably better than most places. Handmade right here, fresh! The chocolate chip cookies are delicious too. Don't forget get the bon-bons! So many flavors to choose from!

I've driven past this place a thousand times and was just too curious! A fine chocolate factory store, blocks from my house? I had to stop in. We bought a giant gift set with little bonbons, massive mousse filled chocolates, French macaroons, buuutttttttt what we weren't expecting was Chef Rich to kindly invite us back and give us a full tour of the kitchen!
He even let my little girls go in the walk in freezer and choose some chocolate chip cookies (literally the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tried).
Everyone who worked here was so happy and kind, so many smiles and upbeat workplace!
When you walk in the kitchen doors your hit with the scent of fresh chocolate.
Loved everything about the place! Try the raspberry bon bons! To die for!

MAE is a wonderful, dangerous place! We had no idea such a treasure existed in Avondale until I spied the building sign as we took the new Fairway freeway exit.

The man working inside took wonderful care of us as he explained the available flavors of bonbons and macarons. Mind you, this place isn't cheap--it's an indulgence, and a worthwhile one. These are quality creations. The macarons are without question the best I have had in Arizona, and the amarena bonbons are small bites of pure bliss. We will definitely be back.

The chocolate are little pieces of artwork and the taste of each one just as impressive. Need to check them out! My kids said, on a scale of 1 to 10 it ranks a 1000! Rich, the chef and owner is the kindest person. This will be our go to for any and every occasion.

Love stopping by to grab some beautiful and delicious sweets! It's right off the highway and super easy to get to from the Fairway Drive exit. Everything tastes wonderful and I love treating myself to an assortment of goodies.
