I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the amazing staff — Tricia, Araceli, and Mark, in particular, have been absolutely incredible! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond have made working with them a seamless experience.

I’ve been coordinating with this property for over a year now, placing our company employees here on a monthly rotation, and this has been our preferred — and only — hotel choice ever since. The staff consistently provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for our team, and they truly treat our employees like valued guests every single time.

From the smooth check-in process to the attention to detail and customer service, this hotel continues to exceed our expectations. We deeply appreciate the partnership and look forward to continuing our relationship with this wonderful team. Highly recommended for both business and personal stays!

Do not book online! They don't honor third party bookings and what you see online isn't what you get. I booked a room online and got confirmation of my room and details and was given as less different room not what i paid for. I have emailed the hotel and no one even the GM Mr Mendoza has replied back. Nice hotel however if you have any issues that could care less. i checked out and went to Residence Inn my Mariott and had the best experience. Residence inn is a newer more luxury hotel and better price. The staff even gave me a early check in. They showed me they care about customer service unlike Radisson =(

Mark is what hospitality is all about. I arrived way before check-in time, but he told me not to worry as he warmly welcomed me and quickly got me a room. He offered me a choice of floors, got me a room with a view of the city, and worked to make sure it would be nice and quiet too. Every time I think hospitality and customer service are relics of the past, someone like Mark makes me optimistic.

I initially only booked one night here for my dental tourism trip with the intention that i was going to stay in mexico for the duration of my stay but decided to just stay here for the entire duration. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was huge plus. I enjoyed my time here and will absolutely be back at the Radisson whenever i return to Yuma.

We love the Radisson and always stay here when visiting Yuma. It's really nice that it's close to many restaurants, stores and points of interest. The rooms are always very clean and the service is tops. Their Market Grill is extremely delicious (best lasagna I've had besides my own, hands down) and I love that the pool is both in and out doors.

Second highlight - there are real eggs, potatoes and bacon for breakfast, amongst other things. Really good as far as hotel breakfasts go.

Ample parking too. Definitely recommend.

This was a very good hotel. We were only there for 1 night but wanted to stay longer. Beds are good but extra high off the ground than expected. Was comfortable and nice. Around the same price as a Best Western hotel.

This was a great experience. Clean room and lobby. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Easy to access and close to local restaurants.

Edit: so you corporate drones know this is real. I stayed on the 4th floor, room 415, with my partner on May 21-22 2025. I will not publicize my name. Whole building smells like fecal matter. Killed a cockroach in the bathroom the morning of the 22nd. Water also smelt like fecal matter and was not safe. Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 bc the company attacked me on my old review claiming I was lying. Here’s a picture of their “vending room” with no vending machines as proof I was there.
