Laura went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the entire planning process, always available for multiple meetings to make sure our vision came to life. This place makes me want another wedding! It’s such a stunning venue and every detail is handled with care. The customer service is above and beyond. Laura makes every client feel like the most special person in the universe. I can’t say enough good things about her and Rudy! I absolutely love the decor and the entire vibe is top-notch. So I had a destination wedding I live in Florida and by choosing this location, I had a wedding planner and someone to decorate, and I didn’t have to take care of any of that, that was an immense weight off of my shoulders. I feel that the night went so smoothly. Everything was taken care of for me and I didn’t have to stress. I could just be present and enjoy.

Do not get married here. The entire property ownership is built upon crushing small business owners and strangling the artist community on Grand Avenue. If you care about energy at all, this is a terrible place to begin a marriage. Ran by people who have never worked in the service or wedding industry. This establishment has hurt an entire community. This is why only clueless people who are not from here support this venture. Historic Grand Avenue is the last stand for artists. Taking up this space for a wedding venue is completely out of place, and I sincerely hope one day that property returns to the hands of people that care about the people who live here.

BEST prices in town with an experienced team that will help fulfill all of your needs and is very flexible with outside vendors. They will relieve stress of the wedding, and leave you with a wholesome experience. Max occupancy is 80 people. Liquor license and espresso machine.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. I had my wedding here this past weekend and it was PERFECT! Laura was amazing!!! She made planning a wedding stress free. A perfect venue for a small intimate wedding.

BAD VIBES. This establishment has destroyed the arts district on Grand Ave. If you don't care about the community or don't mind being married in the middle of a homelessness outbreak, then this is a fantastic place to start a marriage.
