Garden Tuscana is an absolutely beautiful venue. Walking in on wedding day we felt like we were in a secluded oasis, like we were in some movie. Absolutely stunning. The wedding day itself went as smoothly as any wedding would, and it truly was one of the best days of our lives.

Unfortunately our low review is due to working with the venue coordinators. I was working with Alma since September of 2023 and continued to voice my need for an outdoor ceremony throughout our communication and have been extremely clear in that need. Two months before the wedding during a decor call, she proceeds to ask me where I will be having my ceremony which was an odd question given we have been discussing this openly for over a year via email. She proceeded to claim that it was not included in our package despite her noting that the invoice covered everything we needed. I then reread the dates of times of every email I sent explicitly stating the need for an outdoor wedding to which Alma then sent an invoice “showing everything i requested”. She continued to say “i see the confusion”. The confusion was on her end and not mine. I took this to management and they refused to be of any help. They acknowledged that there was an enormous oversight by Alma but did not make any concessions or were not remorseful or helpful in any way. They effectively admitted they messed up big but were not going to do anything about it. This means that their own staff is not reliable for providing clients with accurate information. Then stated that because I am out of state, and requesting information online could have resulted in more confusion. Without providing any financial assistance we were left with another fee just 2 months out of our wedding. Wedding planning is stressful and when the vendor you trust is making mistakes and making it your problem, it does not help the situation at all.

I will say the bartenders there make up for everything the venue coordinators and management lacks. I received so much help and insight from Ray. He was very transparent, easy to talk to and made the bar process so much less stressful than we had thought it would be. Thank you to the bartenders and while the wedding was beautiful I am disappointed in the major oversight by the coordinators and managements distasteful response.

Garden Tuscana was the perfect venue! The setting was calm and beautifully maintained, with stunning greenery arranged just right. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything was clean, organized, and secure, with attentive security present throughout. We had our cocktail hour and wedding reception at Garden Tuscana April 2025. We could not be more grateful for how well the entire night went. We first chose their venue because we were drawn to their beautiful indoor space, and we thought the outdoor garden would be great for cocktail hour. On our wedding night, the venue ended up looking more beautiful then we imagined and we couldn't have been more pleased! The entire staff was amazing and helped make sure the night ran smoothly. We are very happy to say there were no hiccups and Alma and Maylin ensured all of the details we wanted were met. They were accommodating to all of our requests to help make our night feel special! Throughout the entire planning process, Alma and Maylin were communicative and there to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We also worked with all of Garden Tuscana's included vendors (except for photography). We were a little hesitant at first, but all of the vendors were incredible and great to work with. We used Santi's catering for food, received a beautiful cake from Sugar Lips cakery. The bartenders were enthusiastic and our DJ from Arizona DJ was awesome; he kept the party going until 2am!

Overall, our guests raved about the venue and how beautiful it was. We are extremely grateful for Garden Tuscana and have no hesitation in saying we highly recommend this venue for your event.

We had our wedding at this beautiful venue, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. The garden landscape was absolutely stunning—lush, peaceful, and the perfect backdrop for our special day.

Maylin, our wedding coordinator, was incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her support made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable.

The rest of the staff was just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We felt so cared for throughout the entire experience.

If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s both breathtaking and supported by a truly wonderful team, we can’t recommend this place enough!

Just got married here & my husband and I couldn't have picked a better place! With every question we had they were always quick to respond and help us out! The garden is absolutely gorgeous!! It’s definitely what made me want to get married at Garden Tuscana.

The venue is a beautiful spacious place. The decor is absolutely beautiful and we just added our own little personal touches! We opted for plated dinner instead of buffet style and the waiters were amazing and always noticed when new guest arrived to offer them a plate! Many guest were telling us how amazing the food was! Thanks you chefs!

Alma was amazing in making sure everything was spot on and made sure everything was going as scheduled! We had our cocktail hour outside and Alma was able to move everything & everyone smoothly inside right before our grand entrance!!

Our bar tenders were so cool as well! Always asking my husband and I how we were doing and same with our guest. Had lots of guest tell me how yummy the drink they mixed for us were!!

Thank you to everyone at Garden Tuscana for making our day so special!! It’s greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to become husband and wife!!

We absolutely love the venue and the team. We did our son's destination Indian wedding and we were blown away by the support, warmth of the venue which not only provided the perfect backdrop for the wedding but brought all our family and friends closer. They made it easy for our vendors to work with the venue team. The team provided us with a lot of flexibility to enable all of our arrangements for the wedding. When it was time to perform our daughters wedding....after checking many locations..she decided that Garden Tuscana was the right place. The team came through once more and supported more events back to back by working round the clock. The owner is an amazing person and has the best support team that one could wish for.
