We booked the Copper House and Val’s Bar for our wedding this past weekend. It was the perfect size for our 50 guest wedding. The property was stunning and had everything we needed. We also added on their wedding package for tables and chairs. It was extra nice to stay the night at the venue the night before and day of our event. The owners were wonderful to work with! Booking was easy and they responded well to all my questions. We cannot thank them enough for the perfect weekend and venue!

I was unable to rent the venue. The owner was hard to get ahold of to view the place to begin with. After 3 weeks of trying to contact someone I was finally able to set a date to view the place. After viewing I was told I would get an email that night on my total price. I waited a week to message them since I had messaged them so much in the beginning to even view the place. After I messaged them I got no response so had to book somewhere else. It was a bummer because I really wanted to host my event here.

My husband and I got married at the Copper house in September of 2023. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Copper House, and our cocktail hour at The Stanley. When we toured the venue, I definitely had a "say yes to the dress" moment but for the property.

We booked both properties for the weekend, and it was everything we both wanted. We were able to very comfortably accommodate our guests, and everyone had great things to say about how beautiful the property was and how awesome the location is. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous, and I love that we can book a stay at the place we got married!

The Copper House was the perfect venue to celebrate my milestone birthday!

It is conveniently nestled in the heart of downtown Chandler, and in walking distance to a plethora of bars and restaurants.

The property was clean, beautifully decorated, inviting, and fun to spend a weekend at. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it for a staycation, a party rental, or both! My guests raved about it.

This rental space is absolutely beautiful. We only used it for the day to host a baby shower. I wish time allowed me to spend the night. The details in the space were outstanding and the hosts were more than helpful and accommodating. The outside is so well taken care of and perfect for small events and sleepovers. It's right in the heart of Downton Chandler, so you have all kinds of entertainment within walking distance. I highly recommend checking The Copper House out next time you want to stay in the downtown area.

Had the best time staying at the copper house for my wedding! The property is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and hotels in Downtown Chandler making it the perfect place to stay and get ready in for our wedding at SoHo63. The house is so meticulously detailed and the love from the hosts is felt! Tons of natural lighting and an easy to use sound system that can be played throughout the house and outside! It was perfect for my husband and I’s first look. I would highly recommend staying here!

We rented out Val's Bar portion of the Copper House for our 50th birthday party. It was the perfect location for our party of 45 people. We had food catered, a DJ and a bartender. The owner Lindsay was so easy to work with and she is so nice. She was always responsive to my texts or emails and was happy to let me visit the venue as many times as I needed to plan my party. She provided us with a preferred vendor list, which helped us choose our vendors. Val's bar had everything we needed on site, which made it great. All we had to do was show up, have fun and then lock up at the end of the night. All my party goers asked how I found such a great venue and had nothing but good things to say. Our 50th birthday party was an event to remember and we owe that to Val's bar, Lindsay and the fantastic vendors who made our night a big success.

I am so happy that I chose to do our proposal at the Copper House. The venue is incredibly beautiful and my fiancee loved it. The location is fantastic as it is located to a bunch of great restaurants and it still allowed us to have a private moment between just us. The inside of the house is also lovely and we definitely enjoyed our weekend there. Thank you for making such a great memory for us!
