I’ve been meaning to write this review for a little bit! I had the best time using this venue for my small intimate wedding! Raul was extremely helpful and professional and made the day way less stressful! I absolutely would rent the space out again if needed in the future as they have some of the more affordable options!

We recently hosted our 20th wedding anniversary party at The Hidden Palace in Phoenix, and it was an unforgettable experience! With over 150 guests, some traveling from London, Dallas, and Seattle, we wanted everything to be perfect—and this venue exceeded all our expectations.

This was our third event here over the last six years, and the place looks more stunning than ever after its recent renovation. The elegant decor, beautifully lit ambiance, and impeccable attention to detail really set the stage for a memorable night (check out the attached photos!).

Raul, the owner, is incredible—he’s truly dedicated to providing a top-tier experience. His team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, from the setup to catering, and the service was fantastic throughout the night. The level of commitment from the staff to ensure our event was flawless left a lasting impression on us and our guests.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-run venue for any special event, I highly recommend The Hidden Palace. It’s a true gem in Phoenix, and we look forward to many more celebrations here in the future.

I was referred to The Hidden Palace while looking for a venue for my daughter’s baby shower. After our first visit we knew this was the one. Raul was absolutely perfect. He addressed all my questions immediately and definitely made sure my dinosaur vision came to life. The day of the shower was such an easy process from setting up to taking down. Raul and his team were there to assist with everything we needed. The taco bar was phenomenal, the bartender was fabulous and the servers were excellent. The venue is absolutely gorgeous.
I definitely recommend The Hidden Palace for any special occasions. I know I will contact Raul for future parties and events. Thank you for a perfect day!

We had our wedding here and it was so beautiful every thing was ran so smoothly and went exactly how it was planned. Excellent experience! The Hidden Palace was an excellent resource for us. We really wanted to give our daughter a beautiful wedding celebration on a budget, and this was the perfect place. If you are looking for a beautiful, cost efficient event space look no further! When I tell you the owner of this establishment deserves a huge round of applause for making my daughter’s day the most spectacular and memorable one. We rented Raul’s establishment for a quince party of 125 people. We did the standard quince package. From the moment I contacted Raul after doing many many other event walk-throughs with other places, his establishment was the most cost efficient, beautiful, clean ones we had seen. Me and my daughter immediately knew this was the one. The owner Raul was very helpful, professional, patient, and on top of everything! From the planning, to payments, to offering additional services to help if need be, to having the event space completely decorated so beautifully and taking the whole thing down after so there was no stress on my end. Every single employee that we interacted with that day; servers, bartender, staff were so so kind and willing and ready to help with anything we needed no questions asked. Raul even came a couple hours before the event to help guide the caterers I had and help me with things to ease the stress of the day. I don’t know how I found this gem of a place but I know now that me and my family will ALWAYS have events here and no where else! Make sure to book at The Hidden Palace! You will not be disappointed 😊

We had our wedding at The Hidden Palace on 3/16/24. We had originally met with Raul over a year ago to begin planning. From the very first meeting we knew everything was going to be perfect. On the day of the wedding myself and my bridesmaids arrived early to get ready. The bridal suite was beautiful, lighted mirrors places to store shoes a couch to relax and places to hang your dress. I can honestly say it was stress free I was so relaxed and just excited for the day. Raul and his team took care of every detail. He recommended an officiant , photographer dj and their in house baker. We used all of them. The officiant Amy made our ceremony one to remember she thought of the details we didn’t. Even having a copy of our vows. (My fiancé forgot his the day of ). Luckily Amy was ready with a copy for him. The photographer Becky arrived early to takes pics of us getting ready. She also had her videographer with her. (I can’t remember his name). We had a small hiccup with my fiancés parents running late and had to redo our picture plans. Becky and her videographer worked their magic to make sure our pictures were beautiful. The dj Jaime was great. He stuck to the list we gave him. Made sure to keep the crowd dancing. The bartender was wonderful. She even helped me track down an ingredient we needed for a drink I wanted. The food was outstanding, we received so many compliments on how amazing the food was. ( braised short ribs, mashed potatoes) . The cake. Oh my goodness. It was beautiful. Raul’s I’m house baker Erika did and outstanding job. I can’t say enough about her.the decor was perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests on everything we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to get married. Raul you and your team are amazing. You made our day memorable and we were able to relax and enjoy it thanks to you and your team.
