Such a bad experience, worse dairy queen ever, apart from taking forever to prepare a ice cream, a super long wait in car line, I get close to order a blizzard, takes them 5 mins to make with 3 teen boys working, just talking to each other doing nothing while they have a long line, anyway they gave me a melted blizzard, literally liquid 🤬 they need to close down cause it was that bad

A great corner ice cream shop. It has some positives and some negatives.

Good stuff: they have ice cream bars, Popsicles, amd ice cream sandwiches just like an ice cream truck. Great flavors and size option to suit your needs. Also drive through or walk in options.

Bad stuff: a big road hazard right behind the store. No place to sit and enjoy the ocean cream, and in inbfront of shop the door opens into the drive through lane and right next to the street so keep the kids close.

We LOVE our DQ Crew!!! Abby and the rest of the team are such a joy to see every week or so! They always greet us with a smile and delicious treats! They recently did a birthday cake for us and it was so perfect and so yummy! We love our DQ FAM! <3

I called several times before placing my order and they said they would be able to do a blizzard sheet cake but I had to call or go in person 48 hours before and when I did they said they couldn’t. The cakes were still delicious.

The place stays packed, like parking or getting out is horrible but the ice cream and customer service is always upbeat and kind. Most of the time! Would be nice for them to expand the store to a bigger area just a little with all the service that they do get at that location it would make sense.

Today my husband went to this Dairy Queen location in avenue B. Let me tell you the young girl that sold ice cream to my husband was beyond disrespectful and rude to my husband and my son later after wards. My husband had asked her for a banana split, instead the girl gave him a blizzard when not once my husband said he wanted a blizzard, he had clearly asked her for a banana split. After he told her that she had got his order incorrect she refuse to make the right order and refuse to give him a refund back. My husband was nothing but polite and was asking to please refund his money back if she was not going to correct the order. She refuse by calling him mean names and pretending to be the manager of the store when clearly she was not. I can’t believe whoever owns this Dairy Queen hires people like her who have no manners or people skills towards customers. She was just so disrespectful and nasty with her attitude. I report it this incident to my bank and to the main corporate office of Dairy Queen, they took my information and offer an apology and that someone from that office will get of hold of me. I seriously will not recommend this location of Dairy Queen to anyone because how badly this people are with customers specially this wannabe manager who has no people skills treating people with so much disrespect. I don’t recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone, if you really want ice cream go to a local vendor or McDonald’s for Gods sake.

the female employee here makes the absolute 🤌 cutest cakes here 😍🥰💖 just made a simple request for pink borders and they made it very special and I really love how the cake turned out 🎂
we also get blizzards and cones here and the service is always fast and friendly 💯💯👍
