Great location friends from out state. Came to enjoy some backcountry spring skiing in Hatcher pass. I stayed several nights. This property is both conveniently located while still providing privacey.

I spent 3 weeks in Alaska and my stay at Abby's Place was hands down the best night. This B&B is brand new, it opened in June 2017. The rooms are spacious with each having their own private bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, best nights sleep that I had in years.
The owners are two of the nicest people, they build the beautiful house and live on site. It's in a very safe area, easy to find with a big yard to sit out and read in warmer weather.
When you check in, the owners will ask what you want for breakfast the next day, they made me French toast and had fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee out.
The best part of my stay was watching the Northern lights from the backyard. The owners called me to come down to watch them, the beautiful purple and green lights were AMAZING. The Northern Lights will only get stronger as the winter gets on so this is a perfect place to watch them.
As for location, Palmer is 45 minutes north of Anchorage, 25 minutes from Hatchers Pass and 3 hours from Denali. Perfect place to stay a few nights and make side trips.
Beautiful place, it was like staying with relatives, so safe and welcoming. I recommend Abby's Place to anyone traveling to Alaska!!

I stayed here in September and loved this wonderful place. Very cozy, hosts made you feel like family. I traveled alone and felt very safe with this B & B. I like the personal attention they gave to each client. The room I had was very clean, comfortable and had own bath area. The view is wonderful. This place is a must return when I visit Wasilla again. I had no complaints except that I could not stay longer. Thank you Tim & Felicia for your friendly hospitality.

The hosts are warm and welcoming. The room we stayed in was extremely nice in its decor and amenities. The breakfast was cooked to order by the hosts, with everything you could want. I had French toast with homemade blueberry compote that was fabulous. We were allowed to do our laundry gratis!

Words can not express what a lovely time we had at Abby’s Place. Tim and Felicia were the best hosts you could imagine! We stayed 10 days and made this our base camp, We loved getting to know them and the other guests that were staying there. The breakfasts were awesome, something different every day. We were fortunate enough to see Moose on the property almost daily. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is going to be in Alaska. Quiet comfortable, everything you could want. I know we will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for one night between Seward and Valdez but wish we had stayed another night! The rooms were large, very clean, modern and comfortable as well as quiet! It was easy to find and the host was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

We were on the road from Anchorage to Juneau and couldn’t book a decent hotel in Anchorage. Everything was booked or overpriced. So we booked this BB since it was on the road anyway. We didn’t regret it. The room was great - nice bed, spacious bathroom, great decor, everything super clean. The hosts were very hospitable. The only thing that we thought could be improved - breakfast. My husband is a big guy, and breakfast is his most important meal. It was OK for me but too small for him. We had to stop for a very early lunch. Other than that, great place!

I stayed just one night at Abby's Place (9/15/18). But found the hosts, Tim and Felicia, to be very friendly, respectful and anxious to please. The facility itself is modern, very clean, comfortable and quiet. It is located in a secluded, woodsy setting off the main roads but easy to find. Breakfast included usual breakfast items plus a home baked cheese, egg, turkey sausage and vegetable omelette with baked sweet potato chunks on the side. I would highly recommend Abby's Place.
