We had another pool builder redo our whole pool and they failed to replace the cap tiles because the missing/broken ones could be replaced. After a year of no results with them, we contacted tropical escapes pools. They responded immediately with a great estimate to replace our cap tiles. Once we were ready to have the work done, they were out 2 days later and completed the work in a less than a week. We are thrilled with the final product and excited for swim season!
