The location was great. The hotel sets un the top of a hill overlooking a small valley. It was quiet and had great views. The rooms were clean. The bed slept well. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. I have stayed here about five time. The stays have all been good. It maybe an undiscovered diamond.

The rooms were unimpressive and ridiculous for the price. There were yellow stains all over the comforter and what looked like dried blood on one. There were two live roaches. The bad boards were peeling off the wall. And the bottom of the shower was scratched up and unclean. The ladies at the front were kind. The location is what you can expect for this part of the state. But for $150 for one night, I wouldn’t have even paid $100.

Clean and quiet. Nice rooms. My only complaint is on my final day I left to get breakfast before checking out and someone came in and cleaned the room and basically checked me out while I was gone with an hour and a half left before checkout time. Even going as far as deactivating my access card. I was checking out anyway, but I would have liked to do it on my own. Otherwise nice stay, staff was friendly and I even extended my stay.

Positive: There were crumbs on floor. Candy wrappers on the floor. Microwave smelled atrocious. Hair dryer did not work. You could hear loud conversations after midnight and television was super loud. Negative: The worst part was being given a key to a room someone was already staying in, and we got back to the front desk to receive a key to the next door room. I also could smell smoke through wall.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For one, I booked a two bedroom room, but got a 1 bedroom. Then to make it worse the toilet in the room was absolutely nasty. Piss all on the toilet and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I told them straight that I wasn’t stay there and just wanted my money back, but they tired to just offer me a new room. Hopefully I can get my deposit back. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The complaints I have seen on these reviews are nothing but petty. The deposit is refundable and based on the area, I understand why they require it. Not to mention the other hotels in the area do the same. The breakfast was all carbs and lacked variety, but it was free. The most important thing about a hotel was checked off. The rooms and beds were clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, great stay.

They wouldn’t provide us towels outside the hours of housekeeping so we had no towels for 2 days. Until the lady finally caved in and gave them to us 2 days later. They have no sympathy for what others are going through and only care about money. We decided to leave 1 day early so we could be closer to our newborn baby that’s in the NICU. We informed them of this and they said we could get a refund for the last night which we were ok with. After sending us on a goose chase for 3 days, we found out through Expedia that they had actually declined the request and kept our money for the last night anyways even though it was stated from them and Expedia that we would receive it back. After we checked out and received our deposit, they then tried charging our card 4 times for random charges. Thankfully, the money was not on there, so they were not successful. Not only did they lie, it also feels like they stole money from us as well. The rooms were decent they could be better on the hospitality area and they way they speak with their customers.

Awesome experience with staff. Booked a room on Priceline only to be informed there was an additional 100 deposit not mentioned anywhere until arrived to check in. Was a severed thunderstorm and was turned away into the cold rain without shelter. And I lost my money. Do not recommend this place or Priceline. There were bums outside beginning for cigarettes and change. Awful place.
