The beds are very comfortable. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff was awesome and very helpful. The hotel smelled like fresh baked cookies and was clean. The breakfast was great too. I would recommend this hotel. The atmosphere was great, location is nice by the freeway but quiet and had a nice indoor pool

the staff is the best always friendly. The rooms are always clean and really nice. Hotel is in a great location easy to find great food and good shopping. I really want to leave a good review but you keep asking for more words sometimes less is more

Very impressed with the room we occupied. The decor was amazing and modern too.
The breakfast area was also kept clean and in order. The food selection included free hot foods as well as room temperature and cold options.
The front desk and checkout areas were also well above average. The staff was knowledgeable and considerate.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I have slept on. The indoor pool was nice and plenty of towels were provided at the pool and fir the gym. The provided breakfast was a little lacking if you didn't want waffles and other bread items. Sausage and eggs were about it.

All I can say are great things about this place. Elizabeth and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, Breakfast was great. Just a great property and hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I am working in the area

Great staff, great continental breakfast very clean rooms very comfy beds! Cleaning stuff doesn't exceptional job! Every day it was cleaned beyond my satisfaction!This place by far is the best in Tuscaloosa! It is very close to lots of food convenience stores and driving downtown, I will be back!

The stay was great! Great Breakfast! The pool was clean but very cold! The room was nice, but there was a horrible mold smell and black mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. I stayed here to get away from incoming storms. I felt safe and secure.

Best management and staff I have ever meet. I travel to Tuscaloosa fairly often and I always stay at this hotel, by choice (no pun intended). The staff and management are very professional and polite, a quality that is not as common as it used to be. This is to include the room service and breakfast crew. Every member of the Comfort Suite Tuscaloosa team deserves recognition.
