After traveling across country, we were just hoping to find a place to stay that would be moderately comfortable for the time being. We lucked out. Our room is really clean, has very little indications of its age, and is so spacious. The front desk staff (I’m sorry that I don’t remember names as well) are all so kind and considerate, and we make sure to let them know that their kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. We’ve only been here a couple of days, but I already know that the time here will be a great experience. I’m so thankful for all of their help in finding us the best room at one of the better hotels in the area, and we are the type to read all reviews before choosing a place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for sure!

The dirtiest hotel I've ever tried to stay at. We had to checkout. I've never left a hotel before. The lady at the front desk didn't even bat an eye when I asked to check out after seeing the room. I'm pretty sure it's not the first time she's heard this comment. I will never stay here again.

12 rooms staying 6 nights for a business trip. The hotel cleanliness was very disappointing. Rooms were supposed to be refreshed every three days. Three rooms were never refreshed the entire 6 days, even after multiple requests. My room was refreshed twice, but was not cleaned. The tile floor though beige, was very dirty. I spilled something on the floor and after cleaning it with a paper towel, it was extremely filthy. The sofa was stained and dirty looking. The mobile desk and office chair were rusty, broken arm rests, and an eyesore. ||The lobby, gym, pool, and breakfast area were updated and seemed clean. Breakfast had basic choices. Staff seemed friendly, but honestly making a complaint or request fell on deaf ears with some. Complaints from our group ranged from no hot water, no AC, a broken door lock leaving a room open until it could be repaired, poor noise insulation, and rooms having been entered, but the door was not closed properly by staff. Many rooms didn’t have toilet paper or tissues until requested. The rooms had no safes, so we had to take valuables with us on a daily basis. Website photos are deceiving. Traveler beware!

We waited for 15 minutes to check in due to no one being at the front desk. Once we got to our room we discovered the awfully uncomfortable bed. The carpet was sticky. The hotel had bees every where. We did not even eat breakfast due to it being so bad. The room was not cleaned properly and was overall discussing. I will not even speak about the pool it was that bad. Overall I am grossed out and am so glad it was only a one night say.

Several rooms booked as double/queen because we’re coaches, not family, but they overbooked so one unlucky participant must sleep on the razor thin pull out. Ridiculous excuse that they overbooked. These were booked months ago! We were here at 1pm but “no rooms were clean”.
Very disappointing! Front doors locked also when we arrived again at 9:30pm.

In addition, breakfast was a major letdown. Bagel machine, waffle maker and yogurt dispenser were not working. Other items did not look appealing at all. I’m usually a Hilton frequent guest, so I can say this isn’t the norm.

We will not stay at this Hilton property again, nor will we recommend.
The carpet needs to be replaced and the tile needs a deep clean. The bathroom was dirty upon check-in. It appears that the bathroom counter was not cleaned after the last guest, soiled areas and visible hair. Gross. Sofa was disgusting - the cushions were covered with stains, despite flipping them over. I tried to call the front desk but no one answered after myriad attempts, so I covered it with the blanket in the drawer so we could sit on it. As far as the so-called amenities in the kitchen area, they had not been replenished by housekeeping. There was very little liquid soap. One third of a roll of paper towels. So much disappointment with our stay.
Hilton Corporate will be getting a call regarding this property - what a disgrace for the Hilton brand of hotels.

Well, I thought I was going to be “that “ neighbor in the hotel that had to manhandle and slam the door shut during my stay but- Jeremiah came to the rescue. Just wanted to say- it was refreshing to have Jeremiah The Maintenance man come by and quickly diagnose the problem with my door and fix it. I really appreciate it! Your friendliness was a bonus! Definitely a rockstar employee.

Home2Suites is usually a pretty nice hotel, pretty consistent, but this location is very lacking. Broken shampoo dispenser and empty shower gel dispenser in shower. Coffee maker didn't work right. Sofa was worn and had the flimsiest bedding I've ever seen. Pillows smelled musty. Kitchenette had ONE spoon. Breakfast in the lobby was picked clean.||Guess I should've taken the hint when we were parking and saw a family walk directly from the pool to their car.||Only thing saving this from one star was Mona at the front desk, who did her best to right all the wrongs we encountered.||The nightly price was no bargain either so this definitely was not a good value.||Emailed the hotel about these issues a week ago and heard nothing back.
