Good rooms, very good dining, bar was very good. We also made good use of the bar balcony which overlooks #17 of the Senator course, and the private courtyard. Great for golf trips.

Outstanding service and super friendly staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Marriott property over some of the others in Montgomery. The buffet breakfast is a must do during your visit.

This seems to be a hotel for seniors. Not as up to date as other Marriott labels such as Springhill suites. Comfortable room and bed but no breakfast is included. Carpeting is new but entryway could use an update. I guess if you’re a golfer it would be good.

I kinda expected a better hotel for a Marriott. Service is lacking. Bar in hotel needs another bartender. They have one that is always overwhelmed.

I was placed in an "accessible" room at the White Oak cottage. Upon arriving at my room, I noticed all the things that made it accessible and asked if I could be moved to a different room. I was told that there were no more rooms available which I found to be odd because at check-in, I was told that I'd be the only person in that cottage all day/night until the next day and there will be some guests there.
My tv wouldn't turn on and my fridge door wouldn't open. A maintenance worker came and fixed the tv & the fridge but it was a process. I left out and came back and I noticed that the parking lot was empty. Which was confusing being I wanted to move to a different room, and I was told non were available, even though there were plenty of rooms at the White Oak cottage. The ice machine was broken in the White Oak cottage so I would've had to walk to the main hotel to get ice. I was super excited to stay here but it was a disappointing experience.

Do you enjoy impromptu drumming circles at 330am? The delightful sounds of construction at 530am daily? A staff that is rude and practicing the Quran instead of helping customers? A cleaning staff that walks in witbout knocking thinking no one would in your room at noon......this is your place! I had more comfortable stays going on patrols in Iraq and Afghanistan and more hospitality. This place should be ashamed of its starting w kevin the GM. My wife who was in uniform and just getting back to her room was screamed at by staff thinking she was someone else. Apologies, nope they doubled down. The cleaning staff came in our room unannounced several times. I heard 3 customers complain over missing items in their rooms. There was construction 2 out of the 5 nights and a drum circle on another. The staff is rude and incompetent starting with Kevin the GM

The hotel has been updated, the room had new walk in shower. We had a deck with beautiful views. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was a delicious buffet breakfast with omelet station. We were here to visit with family and I would stay there again.

I was very pleased with my weekend stay at the Montgomery Marriott Prattville!!! Every time I walked in, I was greeted with a smiling face and friendly staff. Our room had a great view of the golf course and rooms were very clean.
