I struggled writing this review, but I feel that it is necessary. Yesterday Joyce started my dip manicure, but I realized very quickly that the color on my nails was very different front the color swatch that I picked out. I pointed it out to her, and she asked me if I would like to change the color. I said yes. She got very upset with me and told me to go pick out a different color which I did. She took another client in the meantime. I asked her if I should leave and come back the next day. She said no, someone would be with me shortly. I waited about 2 hours with no one helping me. I went to another nail salon today, and the nail tech told me that the person who had started my nails the day before (Joyce) had filed the top way too much.
I think Joyce could be a good nail tech if she slowed down and actually valued her customers.
I do not recommend this place at all, and I definitely do not recommend Joyce.

The guy who did my service was very nice and did a good job. The ladies there were really pushy and passive aggressive with me when I chose not to do gel polish. I was disappointed by their attitude towards me and felt really unwelcome.

Best pedicure I have had in YEARS! I did not once feel like the technician was rushing through my pedicure, but she took her time and massaged and really treated me! I had a deluxe gel pedicure - I didn’t ask my technician’s name for my pedicure, but I made sure to tell her how awesome it was$ Kelly did my dip manicure and my eyebrows and she did a great job too!! I will definitely be a returning customer!!

I have been there twice now, and they have done an AMAZING job! I’m extremely picky about my nails, and I have no complaints at all!

I also asked for a certain shape and length style and there was no judgement passed and the girl kept making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it 🖤

They definitely have my business!

Tracy is by far the Best Nail Technician. She is Always so Sweet and I love going to Her. I love Naomi and Don to do my pedicure when I get that done.. they both take time and do a great job.

my nails were very pretty, but $80 is a bit to much for painted acrylic nails with chrome. the girl that did my nails cut all of my cuticles and they started bleeding. i still have scars from it and i got them done yesterday. very disappointed.
