Such a pleasing experience. This was my first time going to this nail spa, and I was very impressed. They seated me quickly, and I didn't have to wait long before she got started. They were all so kind, and you could tell by the atmosphere and conversations that they had a lot of regulars.

Best nail salon around, and trust me I have tried most of them. A lot of them are unsanitary, rude, don’t show up for appointments or on 2 occasions gave me fungus I had to go to the dr for. This place is busy for a reason and does an amazing job. Love polished nails.

My daughter and I walked in to get our nails done (my daughters 1st time) last Saturday, before school started. It was really busy but they worked us right in pretty quickly. They were so friendly and did a very good job on our nails! We'll definitely be going back!

I've given this place several chances, but I'm disappointed with the experience. When I come for a pedicure, a couple of different nail technicians have provided poor massages. While my nails do look nice afterward, if I only wanted them painted, I could easily do that myself. Unfortunately, I don’t think I'll be returning.

I do not go here a lot and when I have it wasn’t exceptional, it is always my last choice. It’s not my go to bc of it and I tend to go to Montgomery, but it’s not that many great ones either so I stopped getting services done for awhile. I ended up getting a pedicure and eyebrows. The staff is sweet with the exception of the older ladies. I was greeted and immediately seated. The young lady doing my pedi was so sweet and did good job. The older lady, whom I assume is the owner was kind of off putting. She ended up doing my niece nails for her homecoming. She chose a color that goes with her dress so the extra comments about her choice wasn’t necessary. Just do the nails ! I ended up getting my eyebrows done, which I knew was against my better judgement. The wax was a bit too hot. And she did them so fast that I was scared to even look at the result and yeah, jump scare for me. I usually go to Z Thread Spa bc they usually take their time even if it is a wax. I don’t know if the owner thought I was bout to fully pay without my niece getting her eyebrows done, but please, do not tell me in a condescending tone “you pay” while my niece has yet to get her eyebrows done. I’ll pay when all the services that I asked for are rendered. I know we was getting services done, but to only say that to me was quite weird because it was not said to anyone else.
