The lobby and fitness area are fine. However, the pool -- like the rest of the resort -- is absolutely decrepit and gross. The pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, the fencing is falling apart, and light fixtures are falling apart with the wiring exposed. It's an absolute shambles.

I had Leticia as a masseuse snd she was absolutely wonderful. I have had a ton of massages in my life and hers was definitely one of the best. Communicated well about my back pain and asked just the right questions to help me out. One of my favorite things is that she asked at the end if there was anything I wanted her to repeat or anything that wasn’t addressed that I would like her to work on. She was professional, kind, experienced, and sincerely interested. In helping her clients. I highly recommend. Leticia for president! ?

Bikes are in working order. Machines also were quite usable. Had to take the EMPTY hand wipe container up front since no one had been paying attention to it.

Such an unfortunate experience. We booked 2 massages and a facial here for my friend’s birthday. One of us had an amazing experience, one had a wobbly table and thin blanket, and one of us had a massage therapist that showed up 30 minutes late and STILL charged her $130 for the massage. The gratuity is included so you have no say in your final amount. We were supposed to be served champagne to celebrate - my friend got sparkling water and nothing for the rest of us.

A massage is a nice thing to have, its good to work it into your vacation so you may finally feel refreshed. Especially when you pay top dollar.

However this place will provide none of that, and will instead charge you top dollar for mall service that would be vastly much cheaper. The massaging itself was subpar while requests to work along the lower back and to keep away from sore spots went unheard.

The presentation of the place felt shallow, the lockers had some broken into as evidence by some lack of security for quite a few broken doors, and overall it felt too much to ask for $270 for 2 people for 50 minutes.

Please go elsewhere, the only thing I can reccomend about it was that the receptionists were friendly and the manager was nice to accommodate the half refund.

Staff is outstanding and experienced. I recommend the Lime in the coconut treatment. The first part of the treatment is a whole body scrub with a coconut lime scrub after which you shower off all the scrub to prepare for your 60 minute massage. Heavenly!
