Stayed at this Best Western while passing through. Front desk was very nice. Rooms were clean and large. Breakfast was ok. Only complaint is the walls are thin and you can hear everything. We changed our room due to noisy neighbor. Good location and we got the room for $111 including taxes. I would recommend.

Good stay. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. It is close to places to eat and shopping. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast bar looked typical, but we not use. I would have no problem coming back or recommending this hotel.

The beds as usual in the USA are super comfortable. The breakfast was allright - you always find something better in other places but you are not going out empty stomach. A smart TV would be great or the possibilty to plug in our devices and stream. Wifi was working good. Overall we had a good night sleep

The hotel is pet friendly which is why we selected it as our overnight stop on our way to our Florida vacation. While the hotel was clean, our pet-friendly room smelled like dog horribly. We have a no-shed, well trained dog so this was very disappointing. I know, you think, well what would you expect? Certainly not a room that reeked of 100 dogs peeing everywhere. Ozone machines and carpet cleaners are not that expensive and if they would install a couch that was not fabric that would help enormously. While our room was clean in all other respects, we could not wait to leave that smell. Included breakfast was sufficient for my husband and a nice perk. Staff was very friendly and our room’s location on the 1st floor near the back entrance was an easy walk to get to the green space. All fixtures in the room need a major facelift. Furniture was well worn, lighting in bathroom was rusted and the sink was badly cracked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Ok for our purposes as a place to sleep during our journey, would be hesitant to recommend for long stays. Hopefully the regular (non pet friendly) rooms are nicer.

The rooms were pretty fine and served their purpose. The breakfast is somewhat lackluster but perfect for grabbing on the way out. We've used this hotel multiple times on our travels so I recommend it.

The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. Bed linens were in good condition as well as carpet. The breakfast bar had a variety of options available on different days of the week. The area was kept well stocked with paper goods and necessary utensils.

Our stay at the Best Western in Dothan was just okay. The room itself was not well-prepared—there were old drinks left in the fridge, oddly small bed pillows, and no tissue paper in the bathroom. When the toilet clogged, the front desk initially told us they didn’t have a plunger, only to later produce one after we pressed for a solution.||Despite booking a room away from the elevator, the noise from surrounding guests made for a less-than-relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t add much warmth to the experience, as they were consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming.||On the bright side, the breakfast was a highlight. The lady running it was an absolute delight—kind, attentive, and the only real bright spot in our stay. The food itself was solid, with the smoked sausage and scrambled eggs standing out.||The location is also a plus—central to just about everything in Dothan.||Overall, the mix of cleanliness issues, noise, and indifferent service at the front desk brought the experience down. The breakfast and its lovely attendant helped balance things out, but at best, this was a 3-star stay.
