Hotel is cheap - you get what you pay for. Room smelled horrible ( maybe cigarettes) The sheets were clean. The bathroom was filthy, I could not even take a shower as it was too dirty. The refrigerator was dirty also. It has cost me more to get the smell out of my belongings than the room cost. Trust me do not stay here. If I could add pics I would

No. Don't stay here. People actually live here. It's filthy and unorganized. The pictures i posted are from the first room they gave us room 222. We always spray the bathtub down with disinfectant at every place we stay, that was the residue left over. Then we asked for another room, so they sent us to room 227 which was much worse. Finally we asked for our $ back and they offered us another "newly renovated room" room 239. It was clean, but had no amenities. We had to wait an additional hour for them to clean and bring us a microwave with promise of a refrigerator that never came. Never again. What a shztshow!!

We stayed there in December 2022. Worst hotel experience Iโ€™ve ever had. Bathroom WAS DIRTY, no toilet paper or paper towels in the room. Sheets and covers were dirty burnt with cigarettes holes . The room smelled like cigarettes. There were no towels and when we finally got some they were dingy and dirty. No remote for the TV. No microwave in room even they said it was.. The lobby smelled awful like mildew and cigarettes no staff on site at any time to handle any requests or front desk questions. No breakfast although it says available. Chairs in room broken. 0 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!!!

No trash cans. Torn shower curtain. No breakfast. People obviously living there with chairs outside rooms. People fighting and arguing all night. First hotel I was afraid to go to my car alone.
Do NOT stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Here's a few words to describe this motel:
HORRID,DISGUSTING, GROSS, FILTHY, AWFUL to provide a few. The fridge was rusty. The air conditioner was on top of 2x4'S. The tub was filthy. The shower curtain had mold and mildew. The bed sheets had stains and paw prints. When I called customer service ironically they couldn't find my reservation for me to file a complaint!! Geoff Ballotti you need to stay there. You might also want to check to verify that this property isn't pocketing your money. Reinvest in your properties instead of lining your pockets. One other important note, NOBODY has replied to ANY bad review, Geoff. Don't you have concerns about your brand?

Cleanliness throughout property was a mess. Trash all over parking lot, upstairs wells. Pool was green not usable. Room had no extra furniture, no toilet paper with very stained bathroom. King size Bed with only 2 pillows.

The rooms are whatever but the customer service is bad. We got here and we didn't have any toilet paper, we asked for some and they brought us 2 rolls that were disgusting, they were stained in green. The next day we asked for toilet paper again and their answer was that they didn't have any and there's nothing they could do about it. This is a must have in all hotels!!! Also, their advertisement says free breakfast, and they DO NOT serve any. The bathroom door of our room Didn't even close all the way, and it's disgusting at the corner.

As someone who stays in hotels every night for work, I am always dealing with waiting, poor customer service and no real value really added to the experience. However upon arriving here, Mark at the front desk greeted me with a handshake, made eye contact, understood my needs ( I was up for 24 hrs straight) upon his own thinking, put me at the far end so that Iโ€™d have a quieter room and quality sleep. He asked if I would be hungry later, he was cooking hot dogs. I couldnโ€™t believe the level of customer service at such an unsuspecting location. Days Inn Corporate, if youโ€™re reading this, Mark should be your standard in customer service or at the very least, be training newcomers into the industry. Top notch service from Mark hands down!
