My mom has done many spa treatments and spa days in her lifetime but I've only been once. I was a little hesitant to sign up for this when we went on her work trip together because I just...well...wasn't used to something like this. BUT I am so glad I did, because this place was amazing. The snacks, the hidden away pool for after your spa-time, the food, the hot tub, the lockers, the massage therapists, etc. Everything was fantastic.

I did have to remind my therapist to avoid my ankle because I had an injury that I didn't want irritated by being massaged, and she almost started touching it. SO that was a bummer because it did take me out of the zone for a second, but honestly that's not a huge deal since it was an hour massage and she did great the rest of the time.

I will definitely be going back someday, because phew, I need it.

Ridiculous sham of a spa. They’re under construction so the typical beautiful spa grounds are closed until Sept 2025 but this information isn’t posted anywhere so what you actually end up getting is what can only be described as a massage in a FEMA tent. Old hotel rooms have been converted into massage rooms unconvincingly, staff were disoriented and uninformed, there are about 6 lounge chairs by a tiny pool so people are crammed in and stacked on top of each other waiting for their services, and you have to SIGN UP on a waiting list to use the two person infrared sauna. No showers, no steam rooms, and the place is completely co-ed (down to the locker area). All the amenities are significantly diminished, yet the price for services remains the same - and again - NO where on the spa website or in conversations with hotel staff was this communicated. I’ve been coming to camelback inn with my family for 20 years for spa services and we were so disappointed with our experience yesterday that we won’t be back and we’ll be telling our friends in the valley to steer clear. They should shut down this ridiculous operation until they’re actually ready to run a functioning spa again without tricking their customers.

I visited this resort for a work function so I can’t speak to the price but the staff is fantastic. I am allergic to onions and the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay amazing. I was the only one out of 250 ish people who attended the event and every dish was labeled as containing onions or not. When the options were limited, the chef prepared me a separate meal that was delicious! All the wait staff that attended to us for the 4 days were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is beautiful and the amenities are numerous and enjoyable. I only wish I had brought my wife with me and extended our stay.

My second visit to this spa only this time I brought my husband and we both agreed…the best massage we’ve ever had. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. It was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful grounds! It was a very relaxing experience. Cannot wait to go back; definitely would love to stay at the hotel next time.. We did the aromatherapy massage with a scalp treatment. I was 100% relaxed and utilized all of the amenities while there.

I must be missing what all the hype is about this spa. Our experience was nothing more thank "just okay."

The hot tub in the men's locker room was broken, which happens, so no fault there. Cold plunge, sauna and steam room were great!

However, Sprouts' menu was disgusting. We paid $61 for 4 tbsp of hummus and a bland salad with quinoa. The menu, trying to be modern and gourmet, ended up being overpriced, tasteless and unfulfilling. I ended up eating more Gardetto's from the lounge than the lunch.

Our massages worked. Nothing more. My partner's massage therapist talked most of the time which made it not relaxing for him.

My therapist was a decent one, but nothing to rave about in terms of technique, friendliness and atmosphere. She forgot about an injury I had, so I had to flag her in the middle of the massage to get away from the injured area. She didn't use her hands as much as her arms. However, she did a killer scalp massage, which was the saving grace.

The main pool was busy, which was fine, but it was very not relaxing due to a group loudly talking, laughing and jumping into the pool like it wasn't a spa.

The spa showers were OLD. One of our favorite parts of a spa experience is to shower off and clean up to go home. A cheap, apartment-grade nozzle with a smell of burned hair throughout the shower area made for a "hurry up and leave" situation. They really can't just put a rainshower nozzle in their showers?! It's a $50 upgrade! Ha!

Overall the spa didn't feel as clean as I would've like to see. Trash and cups laying around in different areas of the spa.

This definitely wasn't my favorite spa in the Valley. I don't see us returning.

Top notch spa for sure. Always enjoy each service, the cafe and atmosphere. Views are incredible. Great girls day, couples retreat or just a spa day alone.

One of my best friends and I decided on a Spa day for her 30th birthday and let me tell you!!! It was the most invigorating experience for the both of us! We chose the Agave Toning body wrap treatment. So AMAZING! Carla was very attentive and respectful. (This was my first body wrap and I wasn't sure if I had to be exposed and although you are nude, she covered my privates and I really appreciated that!) While we waited for our treatment we sat by the pool and were served cocktails by two awesome guys, Sammy and D! Oh and the steam room and sauna were lovely too. It was great enjoying all of the spa amenities between treatments. The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well. You are surrounded by beautiful mountain views...Can't wait to come back!
