It was our first time here. They did such an amazing job with my daughter and me. My daughter got Gel X which is perfect for her age. The stylists were so kind. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Today was my second time returning to herbal nails and this time I got my nails done instead of my toes! David did an amazing job and they look super cute. Very smooth process, took his time, made sure to do exactly what I wanted and the design is perfect..just like I thought. Thank you David! I will definitely be back 🙂

Completely unsanitary. We came here for a first time visit, I had pedicures with my little sister, the tools were not sterilized. My tech rummaged through the cart for the tools and was answering their phone. I asked my tech not to cut my nails or use the tools because of the unsanitary conditions, they did not listen. My water was burning hot. Minimal care, just could not be bothered. I woke up in the middle of the night with a nasty pain and now have an infection in my toe less than 12 hours later!

Love it here!!
I am always impressed every time I get services here! They know exactly what I want, and always are very welcoming and kind!
Been coming here for 2 years now, and have no had a bad experience. I am a member and can get credit back after x amount of visits! I love it, I relax and they take care of me!!

So far the best service I have ever gotten in Phoenix, AZ. Super friendly staff and an amazing job done on my nails. I left extremely impressed with this place. Definitely will be coming back when I am in town again. My to go place. Highly recommend Vivi for pedicures. She did such a great job. And the receptionist was on point with her service.

customer service and ambiance is great but that’s the only thing good about this place sadly. the pricing is not transparent at all. two of my gelx nails fell off before a full week on having them done. luckily there is up to 7 days to get it fixed but after the first nail another nail fell off after leaving the place. this isn’t even mentioned how i asked for an extremely simple star design but it was horribly uneven and the two different colors even smudged. definitely not worth $100. it seems like it’s all rushed.

So aesthetically pleasing, from the decor to the drinks to the customer service. Might be a bit on the higher end but quality over quantity! The nail techs do an amazing job and their warranty is great. Front desk girls are always so welcoming and knowledgeable, I know of I ever have any concerns they’ll take care of me right away. 10/10
