Always a great experience except this time was different, my son and I stayed 1 night and when we woke next morning to shower NO Hotwater in shower or sink. Called front desk to let th.be aware of situation. We was given a different room key to just go shower then return key and return to our room with no hot, warm, or tap HOT!! .asked management if we could discuss the whole situation only to be told that life happens and boss lady would be a fre more hours. I had to get t o work and haven't had the means to get back to place since. Love this place and folks are great just settles seems like they don't listen! Thanks Terry.

The staff here are great. They are pleasant to speak with and they make sure you’re taken care of. The rooms are clean and were cleaned everyday when i got back to the hotel. Last but not least, the affordability of rooms is unmatched. Would recommend to anyone.

Yes the hotel looks a bit older and questionable, but I've never felt unsafe here. The rooms are CLEAN and furnishings are updated, the staff is super friendly, and it's become my go to when staying in Jasper. If you're stopping for the night and need a place to stay, don't hesitate!

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The house keepers go out of their way to accommodate your needs and to keep your room clean.
The only downside is the washer and dryer are expensive. $3.50 to wash, $3.50 to dry. So if you're staying here for an extended amount of time, I would recommend finding a laundromat.

The rooms were surprisingly big, I was expecting a smaller, room but it wasn't and it was clean. Location of can't speak much of because I'm not from that area but it's close to a couple of places to eat . The folks at r front desk were nice and helpful, we got in very late and then you gave us a room, when all the other places were completely booked out or overpriced
