My son and I stopped in for our first visit Tuesday and we are so happy with the experience! Our server, Noah, was so nice and helpful. He answered all of my questions gladly and with ease. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box and my son got the lunch serving of Orange Chicken. We also tried the Lobster Rangoon and the doughnuts. The servings were enormous. The included salads had perfect lettuce! The fried battered veggies were delicious. We brought back enough to feed my mom and have some the next day. I rated 5 Stars for Atmosphere because their televisions did not have polarizing news stations on. Bravo. We all need a reprieve at times. Thank you. We had a wonderful late lunch and appreciate the care taken with our meal. I plan on taking my best friend and he plans on taking his two best friends. They definitely gained some new customers! Thank you!

The food is so affordable for the serving sizes. The bento box is usually my 'go to,' but this time I tried the combination Pad Thai. It's not bad, but it's one of about three places in this county that serve it. The soba noodles are my son's favorite. Always great service!

My first time coming in and I was highly surprised to see a drive through option. Inside has plenty of seats both inside and out. The price and product was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Went around lunch and there was very little foot traffic. I’m definitely going back and trying more. I went with the hibachi chicken and added a shrimp tempura onigiri( which has instructions to remove wrap, so don’t be like me and just dig in). I will add that I would have like to have more vegetables with the meal.

Sweet little restaurant that offer take out, drive thru and dine in. Everyone was very pleasant. I placed my order online but it s better to order via phone or do drive thru. They missed my online order and I had to wait 20 min. However, the food was delicious. My husband had the sweet sour chicken, comes with a soup and salad. I had salmon roll, avocado salad and endamane. All of our portion were very generous. Prices are reasonable. And it was the only restaurant open on a Monday besides fast food!!!!

The menu consists of several Japanese dishes such as hibachi, sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, and even Japanese deserts like fluffy Japanese donuts. The most popular items include the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box, Spicy Tuna Roll, and the Southern Belle Roll. However, my personal favorites are the eggs rolls, Alaska Roll, Fried Rice, and the Sugar Japanese Donuts. The hibachi meals are prepared to order as that is what a friend had, and she said it was amazing, and the sushi is also very fresh as you can feel and taste it in the ingredients. The staff is very friendly and provides attentive service. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming, making it great for both a casual outing with friends or special occasions with loved ones. For anyone needing a to go order, Yamato offers a drive-thru service, which allows customers to enjoy their meal at home if they’re not a fan of crowds. Overall Yamato’s is a place I would recommend to anyone they provide great service, great food, and a great atmosphere.

What a wonderful treat it was to find this place. We were immediately impressed with the servers and how nice everyone was. The food, Oh my lord, was amazing! After spending years in Japan, the food here is spot on and all delicious. We ordered three different sushi rolls, two appetizers, and four different Anigiri. An absolute must stop for good food and service.

Definitely the best sushi we've found. We drive all the way to Jacksonville just for their hibachi and sushi. Their food is always fresh and full of flavor. Service is always a delight, the waiters are always friendly and very helpful if you can't decided what to order. Overall great experience and looking forward to going back.

The place was very busy, but my order was taken quickly at the drive thru and fixed in good time. The bento box and Tiger roll was delicious! I was so excited to get home and eat!
