Have been here almost 2 months. Rooms are newly remodeled, staff is friendly and will work with you, as long as you're honest and straightforward. We have a room closest to the office and ice machine, and guess what?! We're neither drunks or riff raffs. Neighbors are like us, blue color working folk who stay to themselves and don't cause issues. Best t.v. channel selection offered for the price. ||||Pets are not allowed, but service animals with tags and paper work are allowes, as I have mine. ||||Clean linens are offered weekly or whenever you need them. I know personally that they Che k and clean rooms daily or whenever weekly tenants schedule and or ask. ||||Great place for nightly or weekly stays! Disregard the reviews from idiots who can't read signs nor can afford to have their spouses catch them with their side pieces at home. This place is comfy and quaint. If I has to choose a place to stay for a lengthy amount of time it'd be here!

If and when I need a quick room for a low price, this is the place to stay. They have room around on the back side (you have to ask for them) but the rooms are discounted because most don't have a microwave, some have a mini fridge some don't. Most have a Full size bed but the rooms are clean they have everything else the other rooms have just a lower price. One last plus this place offers is the later you check in most times they will lower the price of the room. I just got off work and I had to check-in at around 3 AM. I told them I just needed one night and they pro-rated my price to like $30.

Me and my friends paid for two nights in a two bed room and when we woke up we had bites on us and we checked the beds and found BEDBUGS!! we have proof and when we went to ask for a refund they simply said they don’t have bedbugs and that WE brought them when we didn’t even bring anything into the room!! What the heck!! the chair was broken the lights were in and out and the sheets were dirty.

Literally asked politely to moved to a room where I’d feel more comfortable, and got kicked out because I let them know what exactly were my concerns I.e. missing/broken deadbolts no cell service nor does the wifi reach the back alley side of the property in which they had me placed. The only argument was we don’t charge for Wi-Fi. That’s beside the point you have a customer voicing a concern. Glad they banned me I have no intention of returning to such a poorly ran establishment with no kind of customer care at all

This is a very nasty motel. We were here only 2 hours and my son woke up itching severely. He had 6 large bites on his neck and back. Then I see a bug crawling on the bed. I killed it and nothing but blood came out. It was a bed bug. The rooms are not clean. We paid $65 and no cable.The owner was not helpful at all. Plus the bed bugs. I will be reporting this place to the health department.

Manager/owner was not very friendly. The room was not in great shape or worth the money. The TV wouldn't work, I wouldn't recommend this place. I expected better quality, especially since we stayed in the Jacuzzi suite.

On the plus side, the place was clean, queen bed was decent, decent water pressure and decent price. On the negative side, there was 1 wash cloth & 2 towels only, tub was slippery, the wifi sucked and the towels and pillows needed to be replaced.

I arrived in Anniston around 10:00 pm and this was the only place with an available room. Had to park across the parking lot from the room I was in. The room had a terrible odor.It had a small table with two chairs although one of the chairs was broken and lying in the floor. The head board to the bed was not even connected to the bed it was just sitting in the floor.No remote to the tv., and roaches crawling up the walls. The good thing was that walmart was just down the street. We bought lysol and sprayed EVERYTHING down and bought candles to help cover the odor.
