Positive: The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful the rooms were very large and comfortable. The breakfast was good the pool was very nice it was also clean and had natural light Negative: There should have been a large comfortable chair i n the room that you could move near the window to read by daylight

Whew. Where to start.... IF YOU HAVE KIDS AVOID IT. As a budget friendly family we love indoor pools and hoped it would be a good option. We were wrong. The pool hasnt been cleaned maybe ever? Absolutely like a bath tub....But our initial room had a razor blade on the lamp (which my 4 year old found), dust everywhere, the couch was cut in a huge section. Beer caps under all the cushions and several outlets uncovered. We have a 3 and 4 year old. Had they gotten hurt due to negative maintenence and actual housekeeping I would have sued! This is a huge NO! Never again will we stop here.
Side note our complaint was met with complete understanding by the girl at the front desk. We got a new room (not much better but she definitely helped). Please get an inspection done soon!

Overall good experience and would stay here again. I'm concerned that door "C" was constantly propped open. That is NOT SAFE. When first entering the door, I was in the 200s room area. It reaked of pot smoke, had loud children and dogs in rooms. That made me feel not so safe and concerned that the negative reviews were true. It feels like an older extended stay location even though it's dressed up like a Best Western. Me room was 410. It was in good shape and comfortable. My only complaint is that the water pressure was SO STRONG that it went all over the bathroom floor even with the curtain pulled and there was no was to adjust it.

We checked out yesterday March 6th 2025. The hotel itself was nice, but the staff there the morning of checkout, were awful at customer service! We asked the front desk for a bottle of water, and they refused to give it to me. We paid good price for the room, and they put an incidental hold on my credit card for over 100$ for “incidentals.” They said there’s a vending machine down the hall or the city water from the dispenser, those bottles of water at the desk are for our “members”. I didn’t have change for the vending machine, I don’t drink city water and neither do my kids. It’s not healthy for you. I asked if they would put the bottle of water on the room, and they said no they don’t do that! Really? Then what are the incidental holds placed on my account for. I have worked front desk for many hotels and we always gave a bottle of water complimentary, and the hotels that didn’t give them complimentary, we charged the guest a dollar to their room. They literally let me leave the desk frustrated, telling them their service is awful and it should be complimentary or charged to the room, then I find we don’t have any shampoo or conditioner in the room for my family of four, so I go back to the desk and I asked if we had to pay for shampoo and conditioner too, and the front desk manager said “ no, and you don’t have to be rude” I said excuse me? I’m just asking for soap and water, It’s not rude, but I will en writing a review! So there you go!

If you have a choice to stay here or stay home, stay home. They need to do renovations of this hotel. I checked in on a Friday afternoon and checked out the next morning. My showers was a hybrid bath. The faucet kept running during my shower while water was also coming out of the shower head. The door to the space with the shower and toilet touches the sink and countertop. That design was interesting. The bed showed signs of age and LOOKS like it needs to be replaced. When I got into the bed, I could hear and feel each and every spring in the mattress. The seating area had a velour sofa. It was spacious; just dated. There is not enough space in the parking lot for everyone if the hotel is full. When I got back at night to sleep, I had to drive around the building three times to find a spot. When I finally did locate a spot it was in the opposite side of the building from where my room was located. The elevator is sloooooow and some of the common areas had trash in the floors. I didn’t do research in this hotel prior to booking, so I take responsibility for that. I did go to breakfast the next morning and it was okay; waffles, cereal, pastries, eggs, and yogurt. They don’t charge incidentals but do take your card information to keep in file during your stay.

***worst experience ever*** do not stay here. They had us on the top floor with no elevator. You have to walk down one flight and then go all the way to other side of building and walk down another. Breakfast was not good we ended up walking to whataburger. Do not stay here

Rooms were nice, except previous sleeper sofas, no longer were(had been nailed down). So we changed rooms and in that room, one TV didn't have signal for channels. Pool was closed for season, which used to be open year round. Breakfast has nice variety; weight machine broken in fitness room. Staff wasn't the most pleasant. But good value for location.

We stayed one night due to the storms coming in, room was clean, staff was super nice and breakfast was great. Also wanted to note that he made early check-in available despite being fairly full due to my elderly mother-in-law and I cannot say how much we appreciated it!
