We checked into our room (234) On Saturday, May 17, 2025. As usual, we always do a thorough inspection of our room to make sure there aren’t any issues. To our surprise, the bathroom was horrible. There was feces in the tub! We called the front office and were told we could change rooms. After inspecting room 129 it seemed like it was ok. When we had awaken Sunday morning both beds were wet but one more than the other. My daughter almost slipped and fell in front of the bathroom because the floor was also wet. We will never understand why because this hasn’t ever happened to us. We spoke with the front office and was told we would receive a call from the manager once they arrived in one hour. However, the call never came and a message was sent to the hotel via the website because the call kept dropping. A refund was requested however only $23 was returned. We paid $100 for the night and I feel as though at least half could have been returned. We have stayed in many hotels but this by far was the worst experience ever!

Filthy toilet and floors. Rude front desk... kinda sad cause good location and nice space. But just pay a little more and stay elsewhere. We had dogs and didn't want them to even sleep on the floor. Icky.

Just booked a room for my son, his future wife 1 dog and a cat. Jackie at the front desk was a delight on the phone. Very helpful and super friendly. My son and I stayed here on a previous trip and thought very highly of the motel and the staff we interacted with.

Best hotel we've stayed in this far on my trip. Super comfortable, ac was on point, clean, and spacious. Also best shower I've had on this trip as well, it was clean and had great pressure 😌

Absolutely one of the worst hotels! We stayed two days. The first room melted like smoke and the second like weed. Both nights we were woken up by people and dogs barking at 3:00AM.
It’s not a safe place! It’s a budget hotel but no one should be woken up at that time! We will never be back. It’s just not worth the hassle. Stay away!

We just left here not even hours after checking in. We are now making the rest of our 11 hour drive home through the night because of how disgusted we were. For one, at first glance the room looked like someone checked out and they just threw the blankets back on the bed and towels on the racks. The counter spaces and side tables were not wiped at all, crumbs on the bed and the tables, there was LOADS of hair in the bed along with a bunch of stains from god knows what. The “new” towels on the rack had hair inside of them along with stains as well. And on top of this, there were two drunks outside the room blocking the stairs and following us around the building from the patio making comments about us and yet no worker cared to intervene. We have pictures of everything so I highly suggest someone from the property contact us before we contact corporate. We’ve stayed in other motels for cheaper that actually care about cleanliness. This was ridiculous.

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel linens were not clean. Had to ask for Clean towels 3 times. The 3rd time still received towels with stains on them and was told each guest can only receive 2 towels. I gave them my set of dirty towels back. Not a place for me.

You get what you pay for. My husband and I needed a cheap room for the night as we are out of town. Checking in was easy and parking, but the condition of the room was horrible. The room was not cleaned at all, there's mold on the ceiling, walls, and in the bathroom. The bed sheets were covered in all different types of stains. Don't get me started on the floors, I had a new pair of white socks on. After walking around for bit, I looked at the bottom of my socks and they were covered in dirt. Oh the bath towels? Stains, just stains.
