Both the facility itself as well as the wonderful staff warrant a 10/10! Tracy and her team are easy to work with, thorough, responsive and considerate.

The facility is simply incredible. We've now had two wedding receptions in the past 4 months and they were both grand slams. From the guests' arrival and the valet experience to the final exit, everything (food; drink; stage; room; staff) exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

This is my first time to visit this facility. I got invited to attend the Birmingham CEO award organized by Birmingham Business Journal. Everything was great inside the facility except parking. When arriving, I didn't see the parking lot. But there was a valet parking service in front of the building at the time of the event. However parking was available on both side of the street. I like a self service. So I drove around and found a parking spot under the bridge. It was dark. Fortunately, I had a company to walk to the building. Just have to be careful if you are not familiar with the area. It seems sketchy. There are not a lot of light at night.
