I love Aesthetics Med Spa! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming—it makes the whole experience super comfortable. I go in for weight loss shots, and the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, answering any questions I have. The wait times are short, and everything runs really smoothly, which I appreciate. It’s such a clean, relaxing place, and the service is always great. Definitely recommend!

Aesthetics Med Spa is by far the best in town. They are so nice and have excellent quality in products and reasonable pricing. They always respond very quickly when scheduling and are very accommodating. I have been to many places in town before coming here and now that I have found this med spa I will never go anywhere else.

I don’t ever leave reviews for places but Jasmine is the absolute BEST! She does my laser resurfacing and Ipl treatments and has been so informative along the process. She’s amazing at answering questions and just has the friendliest presence which has made this entire process so much less stressful, as I have been to other places for skin help and my skin ended up much worse. I’d recommend her to anyone!

This med spa really is the best one in Reno..I have been to several in town and realized I wasted my time and $$. The owner of this business is very honest about all of your skin care needs, they never try to upsale you to buy services you don't need, as well as offer monthly specials which helps alot if you are on a budget, if you haven't already...give them a try!!!

I my experience at Aesthetics was extremely uncomfortable- I never intended to write this review, but they keep bombarding me with spam emails that have no option to unsubscribe from.

I called to make an appointment for the VelaShape treatment during their Mother's Day Special/Sale, they could not schedule me until after the sale had ended- but no one informed me that I was outside of the sale window and it would not be honored- even when I specifically mentioned the sale was what prompted me to make an appointment in the first place.
So I stood there practically naked in front of a very stern angry woman (seems like she runs the place?) trying to stammer through negotiating the cost of the treatment. Feeling cornered and flustered I agreed to pay $$ 4 THOUSAND dollars $$ for 4 treatments- assuming this investment would make me feel more comfortable at the beach by decreasing my cellulite.
Yeah, it did not work- the technician seemed new/young/confused and the machine kept beeping error messages that it was not suctioning properly to my skin (I went home and googled some videos to confirm), and when it did suction it felt like my skin was being burned- which is maybe how it is supposed to feel all of the time(?) The tech was very nice, but it ultimately did not end up working long-term and my butt & thighs look exactly the way they did when I walked in.
How can you in good conscience charge $$4 grand for a procedure that you neither know how to do properly provide, nor do you have any sort of guarantee of long-term benefits.
Ugh- I just feel sick- I should've bought a pair of gym shorts at Target for 10 bucks to cover my booty, and used the rest to fly to Europe! Just saying, be aware of the VelaShape promises and "Special Deals"- not worth it in my opinion.

I had the micro-needling treatment done about 6 weeks ago and could not be happier. The process was so pleasant, zero discomfort from beginning to end, plus a very speedy recovery. By the next day, my skin was presentable and using the recommended moisture treatment and sunscreen aided in the pleasant healing. Jasmine was so thorough and used many beneficial serum type products to take this treatment to the next level. Within 2 weeks I was seeing results that I have not had with other micro-needling treatments, the skin clearing and tightening was remarkable. I will continue going to Aesthetics MedSpa for all facial services offered, I already have another appointment booked for next week 🙂 You will not be disappointed either!
