From my very first visit I was impressed with Whitney's compassion. I have never been big into massage but the first time Whitney "laid hands on me" it felt right. I specifically go for lymphatic massage of my right arm. Massage and her tips for dry brushing have enormously helped with my situation. Thank You North State Ayurveda.

Whitney Kennedy is professional, knowledgeable and intuitive in her work. She is attentive and gives wonderful guidance through the "Ayurvedic maze." Her lymphatic massage is an excellent way cleanse and focus your energies. I always feel renewed, rejuvenated and inspired after a visit with Whitney at Northstate Ayurveda.
