Attended a couples massage class hosted by Candi, the owner. She laid out what to expect, and what not to expect, so everyone was on the same page. She explained things in such a clear, efficient manner, and ensured that every person was comfortable on whatever level was appropriate for them. Created an atmosphere of utmost professionalism, serenity, knowledge, and fun. I don't think there was anyone there who walked away without new skills and knowledge. Massage techniques, muscular skeletal anatomy explanation, and even the paramount importance of communication with your partner to ensure they are receptive to touch. Nothing but relaxed smiles from all attendees at the end. Fantastic class, I would recommend to anyone from any skill level. Plus an included home massage kit!

I feel it important to note that besides Candi's clear passion for teaching and passing on her craft, she is nothing short of a genius at massage. I've had the privilege of being on her table many times, and I've never had another masseuse even remotely close to her skill level.

I LOVE this place! I got fascia work done by Ell who owns Knead Massage. And it was SO helpful in conjunction with my chiropractic. She has a beautiful ambiance and room and I was so comfortable with her. It’s the first time I’ve actually fallen asleep during a session and I comically snorted myself awake. Can’t wait to go back for my next regular muscle massage and would highly recommend her. Looking over at the other practitioners in that space, I’d definitely be interested in more services!

Isaac is the best. I had a massage with him Thursday and sometimes every week depending on what my ailment is. I have seen him for a couple of years now and have had a great experience. He is always willing to tend to all of my various requests on different body parts and makes sure to check in while doing so. He is professional and always awaking questions to make sure you are getting what you want out of the massage and is willing to educate you on how to massage yourself in the meantime if you can not get into him with tools like a soft ball or tennis ball! I have referred many friends, family, and work clients to him and have heard the same experiences I’ve had. Truly lucky to have meet him and been able to keep him as a tool to keep my body healthy! I had a massage this afternoon with Isaac. I sent my intake form a week ahead of time along with a message on it and he never even took the time to read any of it until I came to my appointment. When it was over I realized that he also shorted me 7 min. of a scheduled hour massage. We started at 2:25 and ended at 3:18. The massage was mediocre at best. Hence, his lack of experience of only 3 years. The points of pain that I told him bothered me more than others, he treated just like any other part of the body that had no issues accept for my shoulders, and sadly, that was mediocre at best as well. He was a nice young man with a pleasant demeanor but that does not make up for a lack of experience. I have had thousands of massages of many modalities, and I am trained myself in massage therapy in many modalities so I am well versed in what is expected during a massage therapy session and unfortunately this one did not measure up. Moving on.

I have tried multiple massage places in Chico but none have been as good as this place. I was referred by Dr. Jason and I am so thankful for the massage that I received. My therapist was Victoria and she explained me everything, asked me if I was comfortable and gave me a wonderful wonderful massage.
