Every aspect of our stay exceeded my highest expectations. The room was immaculate and comfortable, the grounds were beautiful maintained and everything looked pristine. My wife loved the Spanish influence in decor.We intend to return in October 2025. |The woman that was working the breakfast buffet I believe her name was Paulina was excellent and she was super friendly and helpful. I noticed her greeting everyone warmly and you can’t ask for better customer service. Each person at the front desk was exceedingly helpful with answering any questions my wife had. We were traveling with our doodle dog and everybody was very friendly with our pup. We go to Watsonville twice and we’ll be back.

Wonderful staff quick easy checkin. Rooms are so fresh and clean. We had a sink, microwave, coffee maker, stove with oven every was fresh and new. Bed was very comfortable, great pillows. Breakfast lady was wonderful. The breakfast selection was great. Hot French toast sticks, ham, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels and toast. There was also yogurt, cereal fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Cleaning staff would text in the morning to see if you needed service. (Which we appreciated because then you don’t have all the noise of them knocking on the doors) Heated pool was in use. We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and there were no issues with parking. Pet friendly a park is a short walk. |We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Our room was clean, and the staff was nice. The parking in the front can get a little cramped but we have 6ft bed truck, but they do have overflow parking that is just as close. Our room was 235, which was on the second floor, we were over looking the hot tub and pool. We didn’t utilize it but the kids down there seemed to like it. I did notice that they had pool towels down there. Breakfast was decent, hot and cold options. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors. But overall very satisfied with our stay for the price.

They are pet friendly! With a deposit though but worth it. The grounds are nice, breakfast is good (better than the other Best Westerns I've been to), and it's very easy to get extra towels, coffee, etc when needed.

I love staying here because it's close to Monterey and, to Santa Cruz. This location is very nice the swimming pool very clean. I really like their little work out place very nice and, neat very Clean. They also have locations that are walking distance to go out and, get a bite to eat. To me that's awesome. Over all this is by far my location and, preface of place to stay.

Worst hotel experience ever. I woke up covered in bed bug bites, and so did my coworkers. Late at night, I went to the nearby 7-Eleven and felt extremely unsafe because of several suspicious people roaming the area. When I told the manager about the bed bugs, instead of resolving the issue or offering any compensation, she reprimanded me as if I were a child and threatened to charge me for an additional day. If I could, I’d give this Best Western a rating below zero.

Upon checking in I had spilled a Sprite on my bedding I went down to the front desk and asked for new bedding I was informed she did not know where it was located I then said if you could just get me a bed sheet as I have my own comforter that would work I was given a bed skirt I called back down there and I said this isn't going to work it's sliding off the mattress I refuse to sleep on a mattress without bedding and I was giving a mattress cover.. I was informed the manager would call me the next morning which never took place also note that my fireplace was not working and I did do the upgraded room just for that reason I went to heat up my dinner last night and the microwave did not work I informed the staff and they offered to move me to a downgraded room with no refund for the differential. This morning I called and spoke to manager Ashley who was completely inappropriate she was very rude basically stating that her staff gave me full betting which they did not and I informed her to talk to housekeeping about it I asked her if the calls were recorded she stated they are not and I said that I was going to record the call because of the way she was speaking to me she did nothing to help my situation or to ease the situation in fact she made it worse.. I have stayed at this location several times and have never experienced such rudeness from the second staff member at the front desk and the manager. When she began with an attitude I gave her one right back and she could not handle that and stated she was hanging up the phone.. I informed her that I wanted to record the call since their calls are not recorded she informed me she did not give her consent so I did not record it at that time and was hung up on. I did contact corporate and there is a pending investigation on the whole situation. I will never stay at this location again!! Awful experience!

Clean beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Good size breakfast room with automatic coffee/expresso machine, three hot food options and plenty other options no GF 🤔 Nice quality of towels and water pressure is good in tub/shower. The best accommodations in Watsonville- we’ve stayed in three of the six hotels there.
