ZERO STARS is deserved.

If you have a choice, stay somewhere else, do so!
Not only do they overcharge, but the services they claim to offer are falsely advertised.

Don't ask for the "complimentary" crib for your infant/toddler, they won't give you one. "We don't have any to offer", but clearly stated they do.

Don't ask about the "complimentary" breakfast, we were told by the front desk lady that it wasn't very good, told to go anywhere else but there, while she laughed about how horrible it was.

After purchasing our own portable crib, we asked for an extra blanket and pillow for our child and were denied both. Claiming they have no extras..

Of course the pool isn't heated and neither is the spa..

For the price we paid for the room, you'd think they'd appreciate the business.

We're considering checking out tomorrow and going where our money is appreciated and what's advertised is actually given.

Let me just start with I will never come back.
The second I walk in it smells like vomit. The fridge is barely cold and the microwave doesn't work.
The beds are like bricks.
The bathroom is interesting, the sink has an odd pressure and the shower never gets warm. I stood there for 30 minutes and nothing. And there was no room in the hotel room. Oh and I couldn't use the iron board it has stains

Beds were totally uncomfortable, poorly repaired hole in bathroom wall, clock made strange noises all night which kept waking us up. Their free "breakfast" consisted of odd pastry or mini muffin and orange juice, coffee or water to drink. Do not stay here unless you are desperate and have no other choice. Would give 0 stars if I could

This place needs TLC. Staff was nice. Area was rough. Garbage was overflowing with pizza boxes. Didn't feel comfortable with some people flying their colors in the parking lot. Also, they DO NOT include breakfast. The photo of a room with tables does not apply anymore. Their "breakfast" was OJ and packaged pastries. Nothing hot, except coffee and water. The rooms had a unique smell and repairs made were done poorly. You can barely open the bathroom door as it hits the toilet. The door gets sealed shut because of the application of pain is pretty much making the door jam itself. The king bed wasn't a king bed... it didn't feel like a king bed. Maybe I'm wrong on that one. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I'd gladly pay another 50 a night for somewhere that has an actual clean property and an actual breakfast.

Our stay here was amazing ! Customer Service was 10/10. The room had no carpet just hard floors which i love! New Bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The only minus would be that the floors were clean. We would walk around in socks and would notice that they would turn black. But nothing a service cleaning couldn’t fix 🙂 Overall a good experience 🙂

This was the worst experience ever. My husband is handicapped and we had a second floor room. And the shower broke on us and flooded the bathroom, they had to turn off the water and we had no shower. That was unacceptable and we had to leave early the next day, not to offer no room because they were full. And they charged my card double, so we couldn't go elsewhere. Already telling the ren faire community to stay away.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. You can hear people walking around in the hallways and rooms, so if you are looking for a quiet night of sleep, I would check elsewhere. Lastly, the breakfast buffet consisted of a coffee machine, a juice machine and stale breakfast rolls.

Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we discovered that only one of the rooms we had reserved online was available. This issue required immediate attention and rectification. An inspection of the room revealed several maintenance issues, including soiled and torn bed linens that appeared to have not been replaced in a considerable amount of time. The bathroom vents were clogged with dirt, the walls were unclean, the towel rack was loose and unstable, and the iron was missing. Additionally, the toilet paper was not replenished. Considering the subpar conditions and the cost of the accommodation, I would not recommend this establishment to others.
