First time trying Japanese gel, and I love it! Lani does excellent work, and she has great taste. My natural nail broke below the nail bed, and it hurt! She mended it so well without damaging my nail. I love that Japanese gel has fewer chemicals and lasts longer.

Went here for a pedicure with a friend, and it was a very nice and relaxing environment overall. There's a pleasant herbal scent throughout the salon. They offered water or hot tea at the start. The pedicure felt nice, although we paid for a 45 minute pedicure and the session only lasted 35 minutes, with the worker disappearing for ~5 of those minutes in the beginning.

I needed to get a lash lift and tint, brow lamination and tint, mani and pedi done—Loma Spa was the perfect all-in-one place to get it done! I did some research online and found them from Reddit reviews. I booked their services from their online portal 3 days before, and got an email confirmation of the staff who would be attending to me. My appointment was on a Saturday morning and it was not too busy which was great. The receptionist greeted me and offered water or tea (peppermint or ginger). I got an express gel mani and pedi with Jenny and loved the results. It was very clean and precise. My lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint were done with Nina. Last time I did this was 5 years ago and the results were not significant for me. I have short and sparse lashes, so the medium curl she recommended was just the right amount of curl for my eyes. For my eyebrows, I don’t have a lot of hair there so I like how the design was darker at my arches. Nina was very informative of the process, and constantly assured me to make sure I felt comfortable. Thanks for making my first time memorable. Will definitely come back and recommend!

Absolutely horrible nails done by Cindy.
I got my nails done this past week and the gel
Is already peeling off. Each nail was filed a diff shape and she was quite rude.

I have been to Loma Spa several times but will never be going back and do not recommend.
I would like a refund.

Wendy was meticulous with my manicure. She did an amazing job. The spa was very relaxing. The customer service was excellent from the moment I called to make a reservation over the phone. I already booked a manicure and pedicure for next time!

I could not be happier with a Loma spa. All the staff is very professional and very kind and very friendly.
I have had my eyelashes permed by Carrie a few times… and I love the results.
I had permanent eyeliner done by Leyen, and it is absolutely wonderful.
I am 57 years old, and the eyesight, and steady hand isn’t what it used to be. It’s amazing to wake up in the morning, put on a little eyeshadow, and mascara, and walk out the door in less than 3 minutes.
No more messed up/thick eyeliner… And no more pinching of my eyelids from the eyelash curler.
Thank you Loma Spa: Leyen and Carrie, for making me look good in the morning in less than 3 minutes.

This is my first time coming to this place. Vivian helped me out with my pedicure and Toby helped me out with my gel manicure. Environment was more of a relaxing spa than a regular nail places. The host walked through and talked about everything they're doing, I think they even have an app you can download to make future appointments. The pedicure was relaxing, and I definitely wish for more of it. Vivian did a great job at taking care of my feet gently unlike other I've had that aggressively dig into my toes. The manicure was pretty neat and clean, Toby was fast and concentrated on the job. I've been to a few other places in that holds similar standards so I think this is a place where if you want to treat yourself once in awhile. I'm sure there are regulars, but I will wait and see how the permanent product holds and see if I want to return. 🙂
