Been living here for about three years and have had problems with them telling me my rent; will have my rent on the lease renewal then five months later will tell me thwt im missing $150 and that the rent on my lease is wrong. Been trying to get ahold of them for some paperwork recently and ive been unable to reach them. The email and number they provide on out notices didnt go through and their office has been locked and empty despite saying open.

Its good for a low income home until you get in your feet, but communication is severely lacking here.

Lived here for three years. Poor construction when built, but despite a lot of maintenance issues on the property and some interesting (to say the least) neighbors, these apartments are very affordable for income qualifying tenants. And the staff is very helpful! We've had some doozies in regards to our property manager and maintenance over the last few years, but Laura and Thomas have made up for the failings of the prior help. Give me a little more time here and I'm sure my star rating will change. I still have some disgruntled feelings from the first two years of bad service....

This place looks pretty in pictures. The counters are plastic, the management always has a face, they allow racist people to verbally assault other residents, yet they do nothing about it. My neighbor is a TOP person full of hate. I am disabled and was assigned a parking spot. I was TOWED and fined $330 to get my car, my offence? The tag fell off. I called management who stayed if I can't see the tag in tbe pics, I can't help you. Then again tbis is thevrespinse to everything.This is low income for a reason. Why ask for my registration and proof of insurance only to have tow company take my car? I have EVERY legal right to have my car there. Management is rarely available, and they are rude to people. I am so glad I will be getting out of here, nothing was done when reports of domestic violence have been reported, the same guy who is not allowed to live above me as per manager is still there, he isn't even on lease. Cops are here often. It is no place to raise children. That is a main reason, I'm moving out. A great deal goes on and management turns a BLIND eye to it.

The Apt. Are wonderful. When I first moved in the community was great. Now I live just a few doors from loud drunks and peoole who play their music ,be it from their cars or apts, so load they force everyone else whether they like it or not to listen. Their company plays their music load from their cars and they arent even in them.
I feel like im living next to drug dealers because of all,the cars coming and going.
They drive to the apartment their going to full speed. One of these days theyll hit someone.
After a certain time, first one car,then another, then another and so on. CRAZY.
